Education Details

Mandatory Qualification: Candidates must be Qualified Chartered Accountants.
Attempt Limit: The candidate should have cleared the CA Final exams in not more than two attempts. (This criterion may be relaxed for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD candidates, if required).
Experience Requirement: Nil.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive a remuneration of ₹12.00 lakh per annum on a Cost to Company (CTC) basis.
This includes fixed and variable components (including a 10% variable component linked to satisfactory performance), along with other facilities like Group Insurance.
Annual increments on the initially finalized CTC will be considered based on performance reviews.

Age Limit

Maximum Age: The candidate should not be more than 28 years old as on June 30, 2026.
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST candidates: 5 years
- OBC candidates: 3 years
- PwBD candidates: 10 years

Selection Process

Shortlisting & Personal Interview: The selection will be conducted through the placement process organized by the ICAI Placement Directorate for Newly Qualified Chartered Accountants. Interviews are tentatively scheduled at Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, and Ahmedabad.
Psychometric Test (Optional): The Bank may conduct an online Psychometric Test or any other suitable test to assess personality, communication, and problem-solving skills before the interview.
Merit List: Final selection will be based strictly on a descending order of marks obtained in the personal interview.
