ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ సమగ్ర సమగ్ర శిక్షా సొసైటీ (పాఠశాల విద్యాశాఖ) ద్వారా నిర్వహి స్తున్న భవిత కేంద్రాల్లో ఖాళీగా ఉన్న సహిత విద్యా రిసోర్స్ పర్సన్స్ పోస్టుల భర్తీకి అర్హులైన వారు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకోవాలని సమగ్ర శిక్షణ ఎస్పీడీ శ్రీనివాసరావు ఓ ప్రకటనలో తెలిపా రు. తాత్కాలిక ప్రాతిపదికన భర్తీ చేసే ఈ పో స్టులు 396 ఖాళీగా ఉన్నాయని, ఆసక్తిగలవా రు ఈ నెల 4 నుంచి 18వ తేదీ వరకు దరఖాస్తు చేసు కోవచ్చని సూచించారు.

AP SSA Resource Person Jobs: Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
Applicants must possess the following Professional Qualifications (as per RCI norms)
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education (Spl.B.Ed) recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Or
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree and B.Ed (General) with one year Diploma in Special Education.
Or
- Must possess Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with two year Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Or
- Must possess Bachelor’s Degree and General B.Ed degree with Post Graduate Professional Diploma in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Or
- Must possess Intermediate and D.Ed in Special Education recognized by the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI).
Age Limit
No person shall be eligible for recruitment to the post of Inclusive Education Resource person for CwSN (IERP) if he/she is less than 18 years of age and not more than 42 years of age as on 31.07.2023. However, in case of SC/ST/BC/EWS candidates the maximum age limit shall be
47 years and in case of differently abled candidates the maximum age limit shall be 52 years. For the ex-service men the maximum age limit is 45 years.

8 వేల మంది విద్యా వాలంటీర్ల నియామకానికి చర్యలు
రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా 8వేల మంది విద్యా వాలంటీర్ల నియామకానికి ప్రభుత్వం చర్యలు చేపట్టింది. ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో పని సర్దుబాటు కింద ఉపాధ్యాయుల బదిలీలు నిర్వహించిన విద్యాశాఖ ఖాళీల వివరాల లెక్క తేల్చింది. అత్యధికంగా చిత్తూరు, తూర్పుగోదావరి జిల్లాల్లో 800 చొప్పున వాలంటీర్ల పోస్టులు అవసరం కాగా.. శ్రీకాకుళం, విజయనగరం జిల్లాల్లో వందేసి పోస్టులు భర్తీ చేయాలని అధికారులు నివేదికలో పేర్కొన్నారు. మొత్తం పోస్టుల్లో 2,400 వరకు సెకండరీ గ్రేడ్‌ ఉపాధ్యాయ (ఎస్జీటీ)లు ఉండగా మిగతావి స్కూల్‌ అసిస్టెంట్లు(ఎస్‌ఏ) అవసరం కానున్నారు. ఎస్జీటీకి రూ.5వేలు, ఎస్‌ఏకు రూ.7వేలు చొప్పున వేతనం చెల్లించనున్నారు.
