The Staff Service Commission SSC will declare SSC CHSL Tier 1 Results 2023 in September, 2023. The Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) Tier I examination 2023 was Organized by the SSC Board Across the Country. The SSC CHSL Exam Date is announced on official website i.e., ssc.nic.in.  The SSC CHSL Tier 1 exam was held from August 2 to 17, 2023 in different time slots across the country.

Tentative Vacancies of SSC CHSL Notification has been increased to 1600. The tier-I exam is computer-based and was conducted from August 2 to 17, 2023 The tier-II exam will be descriptive and will be conducted on November 02, 2023. SSC CHSL Jobs will have a pay scale range from Rs 5,200 to 20,200 will be filled through this Notification.  The CHSL examination was conducted for recruitment to the posts of lower division clerk (LDC), jr secretariat assistant, postal assistant, sorting assistant, data entry operator and Other. Candidates will be shortlisted for the SSC CHSL Tier-II Examination on the basis of their performance in the Tier-I Examination. So the SSC CHSL Tier-1Merit List is Most Important to be Checked by All Candidates those appeared for Tier-I exam.

Candidates must note that there may be separate category-wise cut-offs in Tier-I and subsequent Tiers for different posts, i.e.,

  1. DEO/ DEO Grade ‘A’ in Department/ Ministry
  2. DEO/ DEO Grade ‘A’ except in Department/ Ministry and (iii) LDC/ JSA.

Schedule of SSC CHSL Tier II Examination 2023

The candidates who were qualified in Tier I examination would be called for the Tier II examination which is scheduled to be conducted on November 2, 2023. The second stage is the descriptive paper for 100 marks and will be conducted in a pen-and-paper mode for one hour. Those who clear this round can appear for stage three, which includes the skill test or typing test.
