The attention of the Project Officers, Dy. Directors (TW) and DTWOs of all districts is invited to the references cited.
2. It is to inform that, based on the proposals submitted by this office in the ref 2nd cited, the Government, School Education Department have issued orders in the ref 3rd cited, transferring the following 2 District Educational Officer (Agency) posts and (3) Dy. Educational Officer (Agency) posts to Tribal Welfare Department for better monitoring and supervision in the Tribal Areas:-

Hence, the Seniority list along with the service particulars of the Head Master Grade-II (Gazetted) of all districts, whose services were regularized are required for taking further action in the matter.

Directors (TW)/DTWOS of all districts are requested to furnish the seniority list along with the service particulars of the Head Master Grade-II (Gazetted), whose services were regularized along with information on disciplinary cases, if any, pending against the individuals for communication of inter-se-Seniority in the cadre of the Head Master Grade-II (Gazetted) in the following format:given Format in the File
