Education Details

Administrative Officer (Generalists): Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in any discipline (including Engineering, Arts, Science, Commerce, Agriculture, Data Science, etc.) from a recognized university with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates) in either graduation or post-graduation. Working knowledge of computers is mandatory.
Administrative Officer (Hindi Officers): Master’s Degree from a recognized university in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject or medium of exam at degree level with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD); OR Master’s Degree in English with Hindi at degree level; OR Master’s Degree in any other discipline with Hindi medium and English subject (or vice-versa) with the prescribed minimum percentages.

Salary

Basic Pay Scale: ₹82,485 – ₹1,56,745 (Scale: ₹82,485 – 4,050(14) – 1,39,185 – 4,390(4) – 1,56,745).
Emoluments & Perquisites: Total gross emoluments will be approximately ₹1,10,000/- per month at metropolitan centers. In addition, employees receive benefits such as National Pension System (NPS), Gratuity, LTS, Medical Benefits, Group Personal Accident Insurance, and company-leased accommodation as per rules.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 21 years.
Maximum Age: 30 years (candidates must have been born between 30.06.1996 and 30.06.2005, inclusive).
Upper Age Relaxations:
- SC / ST: 5 years
- OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen / ECOs / SSCOs: 5 years
- Widows / Divorced Women: 9 years

Selection Process

The selection process consists of three distinct stages:

Tier I: Preliminary Examination: Online objective test of 100 marks (60 minutes) comprising English Language (30 marks), Reasoning (35 marks), and Quantitative Aptitude (35 marks). This stage is qualifying in nature.
Tier II: Main Examination:
- For Generalists: Online objective test of 250 marks (200 questions, 150 minutes) covering Reasoning, English, Quantitative Aptitude, General Awareness (financial sector focus), and Computer Knowledge, followed immediately by an online Descriptive English Test (Letter & Essay for 30 marks, 30 minutes).
- For Hindi Officers: Objective test of 200 marks (150 questions, 120 minutes) including Professional Knowledge, followed by a Descriptive Test in Hindi/English (50 marks, 60 minutes).
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each incorrect answer in both objective tests.
Interview: Candidates qualifying the Main Examination will be shortlisted for a Personal Interview. The final merit list is prepared with a weightage ratio of 75:25 between the Main Examination objective score and the Interview.
