Next Stages in the Selection Process
Securing a place on the merit list is provisional. Final engagement as an apprentice is subject to the successful completion of the following stages:
Document Verification: Candidates must present all original educational and identity documents to verify their eligibility.
Language Proficiency Test (LPT): Applicable candidates will be tested on their knowledge of the local language of the state they applied for.
Medical Fitness: A mandatory medical fitness certificate must be submitted before the final onboarding.
Note: A detailed communication containing the specific reporting venue, date, and time for pre-engagement formalities will be sent exclusively to the registered email IDs of the provisionally selected candidates.
Documents Required for Verification
Shortlisted candidates must carry the following essential documents (both original and one set of self-attested photocopies) while reporting for the pre-engagement formalities:
- 10 Passport-size Photographs: These must match the photographs uploaded on the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) portal.
- Printout of NATS Profile: A hard copy of the candidate’s NATS portal profile.
- Address Proof: Valid proof for both permanent and communication addresses.
- Identity Proof: Aadhaar Card and Permanent Account Number (PAN) Card (or proof of PAN allotment).
- Educational Certificates: Original degree certificates and mark sheets, including Class 10 (matriculation) and Class 12 passing certificates.
- Category Certificate (if applicable): Valid caste certificate for SC/ST/OBC candidates. OBC certificates must clearly include the ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ clause. EWS candidates must provide a certificate valid for the financial year 2025-26.
- Disability Certificate (if applicable): Permanent PwBD certificate issued by a competent authority.
- Medical Fitness Certificate: Issued by a practicing registered general physician possessing a minimum MBBS degree.
