2. వితంతువులు, విడాకులు పొందిన, భర్త నుండి విడిపోయిన లేదా నిరాశ్రయురాలైన మహిళలకు ప్రాధాన్యత ఇవ్వబడును
3. పదవ తరగతి ఉత్తీర్ణత కలిగి ఉండాలి
4. తెలుగు బాగా చదవటం, రాయడం తప్పని సరిగా వచ్చి ఉండాలి
5. ఆరోగ్యం, సంక్షేమం, పారిశుద్యం, గర్బిణీ స్త్రీల ఆరోగ్యం వంటి సమస్యలపై అవగాహన, చక్కగా ఇతరులకు వివరించే తత్వం, నాయకత్వ లక్షణం, సమస్యల పరిష్కారానికి తగు చొరవ, సానుకూల దృక్పధం కలిగివుండాలి.
