Who can download AP SSC Short Marks Memo
The Headmasters can download the short Memos from their School Login by clicking the student’s Roll number. They can then get the marks memos and hand them over to the students concerned in their schools, duly attested by them.
Rc.No. GE-CPROORSLT(DPRP)/1/2026-DGE Dated: 26-05-2026 Release of Memorandum of Marks (Short Memos) in School Logins All the Head Masters of High Schools are hereby informed that the Memorandum of Marks (Short Memos) pertaining to the SSC Public Examinations, March 2026 have been made available in the School Logins today through the official website of the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh i.e., https://bse.ap.gov.in. Therefore, all the Head Masters are instructed to download the Memorandum of Marks of all the concerned students and provide the same to the students with signature and seal of concerned school at the earliest. Further, all the Head Masters shall carefully verify the particulars of the candidates such as the Name of the Candidates, Surnames, Date of Birth etc. and confirm the same with the students and parents. Further, it is informed that the Edit Option will be enabled in the School Logins through the official website https://bse.ap.gov.in from 29.05.2026 to 04.06.2026 for carrying out necessary corrections in the student particulars, if required. The Head Masters shall ensure that all the required corrections are undertaken within the stipulated period after verification of the student particulars. Step-3: Enter User ID (School SSC Code) and Password
Step-4: Click on Confirm School UDISE Code
Step-5: Click on April – 2025 SCHOOL WISE RESULT

Previous AP 10th Marks List Download Process
Have you lost your 10th Marks list? Here, we explain how to download an AP SSC/10th Class Duplicate Certificate from the BSEAP Website. Follow the steps below. Only students who wrote the AP SSC Examinations in March 2004 can download their duplicate marks memo. Download and print it as a PDF.
Note: You must know the Hall Ticket Number with which you wrote your Final 10th Examination to take a duplicate of the Certificate. Otherwise, you must contact the Headmaster of the School where you studied the 10th Class.
Procedure for applying for Duplicate Certificate 2002 to 2019
The application for the issuance of a duplicate certificate should be made in the prescribed format.
(1) Certificate issued by a Sub-Inspector of Police or a Certificate issued by Deputy Tahsildar, as the case may be.
(2) An affidavit in a prescribed proforma on Stamp paper worth Rs.50/- to be attested by Notary / Junior Civil Judge.
(3) A Declaration by the candidate regarding the suspension or cancellation of his certificate previously by the competent authority. ( to be attested by the Head of Institution)
(4) True extract of the Original SSC.
(5) True extract of the Administration Register
(6) Recent passport size photo of the candidate pasted in the prescribed space and attested by the concerned Head of School.
(7) An amount of Rs.250/- through Treasury Challan under the Head

Note: If the damaged SSC is available with details of Roll Number, Name of the Candidate, Fathers name and year of the examination are legible, it may be sent to this office along with the application, in such cases affidavit and Police Certificate are not required.
Procedure for obtaining Duplicate Memo of Marks / Date of Birth / Migration Certificate.
Representation of the Candidate should be addressed to the Additional Joint Secretary, Office of the Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Hyderabad on a plain paper with the following details.
a) Name of the Candidate
b) Father’s Name
c) Roll Number, Month / Year of appearance
d) Name of the School
e) Name of the Centre
f) only Challan for Rs.80/-(Rupees Eighty only) will be paid.
g) Xerox copy of Hall Ticket (if available)
h) Self Addressed envelop along with Rs.5/- postal stamp.
How to Download SSC/10th Marks Memo Duplicate

2. Enter Hall Ticket Number, Select Date of Birth, Year of Examination, Stream of the Examination and Captcha Code then hit Submit button.
3. Your Marks Memo will Appear on the next window with Print option.
