AP SSC MISSION MARCH 2027 Phase-1 Daily Action Plan Schedule, Details

AP School Education Department Launches ‘Mission March SSC-2027’ to Boost 10th Class Results

AP 10th Whatsapp Group

In a major move to strengthen academic performance and ease the transition to the new curriculum, the School Education Department of Andhra Pradesh has officially launched a dedicated academic initiative titled “Mission March SSC-2027: A Leap towards 100% Success (Action Plan Phase-I)”.

The program, ordered by the Director of School Education, Smt. Thameem Ansariya A, I.A.S., officially takes effect from July 13, 2026 to November 30, 2026. It applies to all government-managed schools across the state, excluding private institutions.

Why is Mission March SSC-2027 Being Implemented?

The implementation follows recent, widespread curricular reforms in Andhra Pradesh, which introduced new Class X textbooks for the 2024–25 academic year and new Hindi textbooks for 2025–26. These updates align conceptual learning with the National Education Policy (NEP-2020) and National Curriculum Framework (NCF-2023) under PARAKH and NCERT recommendations.

However, acknowledging that a segment of students and parents experienced difficulties adapting to the new textbooks and assessment patterns, the Board of Secondary Education (BSE) issued further revised competency-based blueprints in July 2026. Mission March SSC-2027 is designed to familiarize students with this real exam environment and blueprint right from the beginning of the academic year.

Daily Schedule & Execution

Schools are required to dedicate one hour at the end of every school day—from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM—strictly to this action plan (excluding Sundays, general holidays, and regular exam days):

TimeEvent
4:00 PM – 4:30 PM (Revision)Dedicated to revising the completed portion or designated area of the subject.
4:30 PM – 5:00 PM (Slip Test)A mandatory daily slip test based on the day’s scheduled topic.

Differentiated Learning: “Raising Stars” vs. “Shining Stars”

To cater to different learning paces, the Board of Secondary Education is releasing tailored study materials, question banks, and daily slip test papers through the official LEAP mobile app. Students will be categorized into two distinct levels:

  • Level-1 (Raising Stars): Focuses on foundational, essential concepts. Teachers are advised to ensure all students master Level-1 questions, with an emphasis on providing remedial teaching to slow learners.

  • Level-2 (Shining Stars): Designed for high-achieving students (specifically those targeting A & B grades) to practice advanced competency questions through intensified guidance.

Note for Teachers: While standardized test papers are available on the LEAP application, schools and subject teachers have the full autonomy to design their own slip test papers if necessary to better serve their students.

Strict Monitoring and Accountability

Headmasters are fully responsible for the successful execution of this action plan in coordination with their subject teachers. Teachers must evaluate the daily papers, maintain a dedicated marks register, and conduct regular counseling or motivational sessions for students experiencing academic stress.

Regional Joint Directors, District Educational Officers (DEOs), and Mandal Educational Officers (MEOs) have been directed to strictly monitor the program’s daily implementation and ensure no unauthorized deviations take place. For further model papers and the complete revised blueprint, educators and students can visit the official BSE AP portal at bse.ap.gov.in.
