Preparation Tips

  • Ensure that you are studying only the topics explicitly mentioned in the official syllabus. Categorize these units based on your strengths and historical exam weightage.

  • Do not neglect “Experimental Skills” in Physics or “Principles Related to Practical Chemistry.” These segments are highly rewarding and test straightforward laboratory concepts.

  • Take regular full-length Computer Based Tests (CBTs) and analyze previous years’ question papers. This will help you adapt to the digital interface, improve time management, and reduce negative marking.

  • Create a single, quick-reference notebook containing vital mathematical formulas, physics derivatives, and named organic chemistry reactions for the final weeks of revision.

  • For B.Arch and B.Planning candidates, dedicating daily time to freehand sketching and mentally manipulating 3D objects is essential for maximizing scores in the Aptitude and Drawing sections.
