Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for admission and seat allotment, candidates must fulfill the following conditions:

  • Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed Intermediate, CBSE, ICSE, National Open School, or APOSS exams with Botany, Zoology, Physics, and Chemistry at the 10+2 level.
  • Minimum Marks: General category (OC) candidates must secure $\ge 45\%$ marks, while reserved categories (BC/SC/ST) must secure $\ge 40\%$ marks in the group subjects.
  • Age Limit: Candidates must have completed 16 years of age as of 31-12-2026 for Engineering and B.Pharmacy courses, and 17 years for the Pharm-D course.
  • Nationality & Domicile: The candidate must be an Indian National and satisfy the local/non-local status as per state regulations (85% seats reserved for local candidates).
  • Pharmacy Exclusion Note: Intermediate Vocational Technical candidates who completed the Bridge course (Botany, Zoology, Physics, Chemistry) are eligible only for specific B.Tech courses; they are not eligible for B.Pharmacy or Pharm-D courses.

Fee Details

The non-refundable processing fee for web counselling must be paid online via credit card, debit card, or net banking:

  • OC / BC Candidates: Rs. 1,250/-
  • SC / ST Candidates: Rs. 650/-

Registration & Seat Allotment Process

  1. New User Registration: Visit the official portal and select “New Registration”. Provide your EAPCET (Bi.P.C) Hall Ticket number, Aadhaar Number, mobile number, and Date of Birth to generate an OTP.
  2. Fee Payment & Document Upload: Log in to verify your pre-fetched candidate details, upload necessary documents in PDF format, and complete the processing fee payment.
  3. Online Certificate Verification: General category candidates’ documents will be verified online. Special Category applicants (PWD, CAP, NCC, Sports, Scouts & Guides, Anglo-Indian) must attend physical verification at Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada.
  4. Exercising Web Options: Submit a prioritized list of preferred colleges and branches between 17.08.2026 and 23.08.2026. Options can be modified only on 24.08.2026, after which they will be frozen at 10:00 P.M..
  5. Seat Allotment & Reporting: Seat allotment results will be published on 27.08.2026. Candidates must log in, download their allotment order, complete the online self-joining report, and physically report to the allotted college before 31.08.2026 to secure the seat.
