AP SAMP2 FA2 Exams Time Table and Dates 2025-26: ఫార్మాటేటివ్ 2 పరీక్షలు ఆంధ్ర ప్రదేశ్ లో అక్టోబర్ 13 నుండి 15 వరకు  జరుగుతాయి.

The State Council of Educational Research and Training, Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh, will conduct Formative Assessment 2 (FA 2) Examinations in Andhra Pradesh Schools from October 13 -15, 2025.  The Examinations will be held across the State in a Single Format. Students must note that these Exams are not as CBA-1. FA-II Exams will be organized for 20 Marks for All Classes.  SCERT  AP has mentioned the Dates of AP FA2 Exams 2025 in the AP Schools Academic Calendar 2025-26.

Formative Assessment-II Exams are very important for 1st to 9th Class as these Marks will be added to Annual Exams. The AP FA2 Syllabus 2025 is also necessary for All Students to know which Lessons will be covered in the Exam. As per the official information, the August and September lessons will be taken for the FA2 exams.

Instructions for Conduction of FA-2 Exams

• Question papers shall be stored securely at the school complex for 1st to 5th classes and at MRC for 6th to 10th classes.
• The Mandal Education Officers (MEOs) 1 and 2 and the School complex headmasters will be the custodians of the preserved papers.
• Question paper bundles will be handed over to the concerned schools only one hour prior to the commencement of the examination in each session.
• School complex HM and MEOs must ensure the integrity of the question papers. They, along with Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs), should visit schools during examination hours to verify that the examinations are being conducted smoothly and fairly.
• In case of any untoward incidents, School complex HMs, MEOs and CRPs should report immediately to higher officials.
• MEOs and CRPs should focus on monitoring examination conduction procedures in both private and government-managed schools.
• The syllabus is enclosed with these proceedings.
• It is proposed to integrate the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) assessments with formative assessments for classes III, IV, and V. The guidelines to conduct the TaRL assessments as a part of FA tool-2 are enclosed as an annexure.

Guidelines to conduct FA Tool -11 for Classes 3rd, 4th and 5th

It is proposed to integrate the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) assessments with formative assessments for classes Ill, IV, and V. Beginning with FA II, TaRL assessment shall be conducted under Tool-2 for Telugu, English, and Mathematics in classes Ill, IV, and V. The existing Written works (notes writing activity) shall not be discontinued. The TaRL assessment tool will be conducted in addition to written works. But marks under tool-2 shall be awarded to TaRL assessments only. There will be no changes regarding Environmental Studies (EVS). The FA-2 TaRL Testing Guidelines are provided below.

TaRL Baseline Assessment (Telugu) Testing Process

In the OMR sheet (Part E, Tool 2 section), numbers from O to 5 (0,1,2,3,4,5) are provided. For TaRL testing, only levels 1-5 should be recorded. The ‘O’ level should not be considered.

TaRL Baseline Assessment (English) – FA2 Guidelines (2025-26)

The Government of Andhra Pradesh is implementing the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) Baseline Assessment for English as part of FA2 examinations.

• The TaRL Baseline Assessment for English is integrated into FA2 (Tool 2 – Written Work).
• Teachers should use the FA2 Assessment Booklet – Tool 2 for administering the English assessment.
• In the OMR Sheet (Part E – Tool 2 section), numbers Oto 5 are provided.
• ‘0’ should not be used.
• Only levels 1 to 5 must be bubbled.
• Always record only the highest level achieved by the student.

TaRL Baseline Assessment (Mathematics) – FA2 Guidelines (2025-26)

The Government of Andhra Pradesh is implementing the Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL) Baseline Assessment with new modifications.This TaRL Baseline Assessment has been integrated into the FA2 examinations.As part of this, teachers must use the FA2 Assessment  Booklet –   Tool 2 (Written Work) for administering the four arithmetic operations (Maths processes). In the OMR Sheet (Part E – Tool 2 section), numbers O to 5 are provided.
