As per the notification, All Principals of Junior Colleges in the State are directed to collect the Recognition fee of Rs.200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) from each student admitted into First Year Intermediate for the Academic Year 2022-23 and remit it to the Board Accounts through Online Transfer on or before May 03, 2023 through IDBI Bank, Ring Road Branch, Vijayawada and State Bank of India, Machavaram Branch, Vijayawada using the e-challan generated in bie.ap.gov.in On or by May 03, 2023, the RIOs should receive the combined e-challan. For the online transfer of the recognition fee, the account numbers of the above banks are provided on the official notification.

Important Fee Payment Dates for AP IPE Exams 2023

The following are the rates and due dates for payment of the examination fee for Advanced Supplementary Intermediate Public Examinations (IP ASE), August 2023 which are scheduled to be held from 24-05-2023 to 01-06-2023.

Details of Examination fee for 2nd year

Improvement for passed candidates:

The candidates who passed in all first year papers can appear for Improvement on payment of Rs.160/- per paper in addition to the prescribed examination fee of Rs.510/-. The candidates will appear with the same Regd. No. of I.P.E. March 2023.

Failed candidates appearing for Passed papers:

The first year failed candidates can appear for passed papers of first year along with failed (papers) subject to the condition that they shall forego the previous performance of the passed papers. In such cases the latest performance stands valid. All such candidates have to pay Rs.160/- for each passed paper appearing, in addition to the examination fee as shown in the ENRS. Necessary entries / corrections have to be made in the ENR and if required in the MNR

IMPORTANT: The candidates whose Bio-data is not reflected in the E.N.Rs is to be submitted by M.N.R only along with fee paid challan and Marks Memos etc. to the RIO Office. Only M.N.Rs are to be submitted in 8IE office by the RIOs.

Improvement Provision for Second-Year Passed Candidates:

The candidates who passed two year Intermediate course can improve their performance within two years. They can avail only two chances during this period. The passed candidates of IPASE September 2021 can appear for Improvement in I.P.A.S.E. 2023 as a last chance if they did not avail two chances in the previous I.P.Es. The candidates who wish to improve their performance have to appear for all the second year papers including Practicals (OR) to appear for all papers of first and second year including Practicals.

The successful candidates have an option to retain the present performance or past performance whichever is beneficial to the candidates. There is no provision of Best marks in individual papers, like in first year.

It is informed that the Memorandum of Marks of First and Second Year both General and Vocational will be kept for downloading in http://bie.ap.gov.in Website. The candidates have to download the Marks Memos. The ENRS of IPASE August 2023 will also be displayed in the college login. The candidates/Principals of the College have to download the documents from the Website. If there is any discrepancy in the Memos, it should be brought to the notice of Board of Intermediate Education.

The Board of Intermediate Education has introduced the system to collect the Examination & other fee through State Bank of India, Machavaram Branch, Vijaywada and IDBI Bank, Ring Road Branch, Vijayawada through online transfer from the existing college Accounts to B.I.E Account of the concerned banks through e-challan generated by the http://bie.ap.gov.in in the web site for First year candidates with effect from IPASE August 2023. The principals of the colleges, who do not have their accounts in the above two banks, are also informed to pay the fee through the generated challan provided in the BIE web site http://bie.ap.gov.in in any one of the two banks. The Account Numbers of two banks are furnished hereunder for online transfer of the examination fee.

AP Intermediate IPSE Fee Details 2023

All principals are instructed to adjust the already paid amount of Rs.100/- or Rs.50/- in the recognition fee of Rs.200/- when the students who have paid the application fee of Rs.100/- or Rs.50/- while applying online admission are deducted at the time of collecting the recognition fee of Rs.200/-“. Any deviation from the course of events will be taken extremely seriously.

Furthermore, Lr. Rc. No. BIE/AP/G&S- Spl/2018, dated: 08.02.2021 of the Secretary, BIE, AP, an amount of Rs.10/- for each student (both I & II Year) must be remitted to the BIE Account from the Group A part of the special fee (no need to collect from the students separately) towards Games, Sports and Associated Activities fee from the Group A part of the special fee.

ఇంటర్మీడియెట్ ఫస్టియర్ పరీక్ష ఫీజు చెల్లింపునకు గడువును బోర్డు పొడిగించింది. విద్యార్థులు మార్చి 5వ తేదీ లోపు ఫీజు చెల్లించవచ్చని ఇంటర్మీడియెట్ బోర్డు కార్యదర్శి వి.రామకృష్ణ సోమవారం ఒక ప్రకటనలో పేర్కొన్నారు.

ఇంటర్‌ ద్వితీయ సంవత్సరం పరీక్ష ఫీజు గడువును ఈనెల 25వరకు పొడిగిస్తూ ఇంటర్‌ విద్యామండలి కార్యదర్శి రామకృష్ణ ఉత్తర్వు జారీ చేశారు. గతంలో అనుత్తీర్ణులైన, హాజరు మినహాయింపు, వృత్తి విద్యా కోర్సుల విద్యార్థులకు ఇదే గడువు వర్తిస్తుందని పేర్కొన్నారు. పరీక్ష ఫీజు చెల్లింపు గడువు మరోసారి పొడిగింపు ఉండదని, రూ.500జరిమానాతో అనుమతించనున్నట్లు వెల్లడించారు. విద్యార్థులు ఆన్‌లైన్‌లోనూ నేరుగా చెల్లించే సదుపాయం కల్పించారు. 

ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్‌లో ఇంటర్ పరీక్ష ఫీజు చెల్లింపు గడువును 01-03-2021 వరకు పొడిగించారు. ఈ మేరకు ఇంటర్ విద్యా బోర్డ్ కార్యదర్శి వి.రామకృష్ణ ఒక ప్రకటన విడుదల చేశారు. జనరల్, ఒకేషనల్ రెండవ ఏడాది రెగ్యులర్, ప్రవేటు విద్యార్థులు, గత ఏడాది పరీక్ష తప్పిన విద్యార్థులు, హాజరు మినహాయింపు గల ఆర్ట్స్ విద్యార్థులు, గ్రూప్ మార్చుకొనే విద్యార్థులు ఫిబ్రవరి 25 వరకు పరీక్ష ఫీజులు చెల్లించవొచ్చునని వెల్లడించారు. ఈ పరీక్ష ఫీజు కళాశాల ప్రిన్సిపాల్  ఆఫీస్‌లో చెల్లించవచ్చునన్నారు.

ATTENDANCE EXEMPTED CANDIDATES:

The above due date is also applicable to private candidates (without college study) who were already granted exemption from attendance to appear (Humanities combination only) for Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations July 2020. These candidates are directed to pay the examination fee to the Principals of the Govt. /Aided Junior College of their native or residing Mandal only.

RECOUNTING, SUPPLY OF SCANNED COPY-CUM RE-VERIFICATION OF VALUED ANSWER SCRIPTS:

There is a provision for Recounting, supply of Scanned copy-cum-Re-Verification of valued answer scripts. The candidates who wish to avail these facilities have to pay online, an amount of Rs.260/- (Rupees Two hundred and Sixty only) per paper for Recounting and Rs.1300/- (Rupees One thousand and Three Hundred only) per paper for Scanned copy­-cum-Re-verification of answer book, through bie.ap.gov.in only. They can Selecting “Re-Verification of Valued Answer Scripts & Supply of Scanned Copy” in Students Services. Candidates have to pay required fee at these centres and must furnish the Hall-Ticket Number, Date of Birth, SSC Hall-Ticket Number, Mobile Number, e-mail ID and the subjects they intend to apply for Recounting or Scanned copy-cum-Re-Verification. The details of the candidates will appear on the screen. Candidates have to furnish their complete address, e-mail ID and mobile number. After declaration of RV Results the candidates can download and print the copy of answer scripts.
The Candidates shall not send the applications for Recounting/Re-verification either to the RIO Office or BIE fread Office directly or by post. Under no circumstances the application will be accepted manually after due date. The facility for online payment of fee towards Recounting/Scanned Copy-cum-Re-Verification is from 13-06-2020 to 22-06-2020. This online service will be stopped after 22-06-2020 and no further extension of service will be available. Under any circumstances the fee paid towards Recounting/Scanned copy-cum-Re­ Verification will not be refunded.
All the Principals are informed that the Intermediate Public Advanced Supplementary Examinations, July 2020 (Theory) will be held from 11-07-2020 to 18-07-2020. A copy of the detailed Time-Table is also available in the BIE Web-site.
The First Year examination will be held from 9.00 A.M to 12.00 Noon in Fore Noon session and Second Year Examination from 2.30 P.M to 5.30 P.M in After Noon session every day. Therefore, you are requested to give special emphasis on the dates & timings of the examinations.
Practical Examinations will be held from 01-07-2020 to 04-07-2020 in two sessions from 9.00 AM to 12.00 PM & 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM.
