The Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh (BIEAP) has announced the examination fee payment schedule and fee structure for the Intermediate Public Examinations (IPE) March 2027. According to the notification issued by BIEAP Secretary Sri P. Ranjit Basha, I.A.S., the due dates apply to first-year and second-year regular students, ex-failed students across General and Vocational streams, as well as attendance-exempted private candidates appearing for Humanities. Eligible candidates can submit their examination fees through their respective junior and composite colleges starting from September 24, 2026.

Fee Exemption for CwSN: Children with Special Needs (CwSN) are fully exempted from paying examination fees. However, college principals must complete online confirmation and submission of Nominal Rolls for CwSN candidates within the stipulated schedule.
Key Guidelines & Instructions for Students and Principals
Online Remittance Mode: Intermediate examination fees will be collected online via e-challans generated on the official portal at
bie.ap.gov.inthrough designated accounts at IDBI Bank (Ring Road Branch, Vijayawada) or State Bank of India (Machavaram Branch, Vijayawada).Mandatory Photo & Signature Specifications: Hall tickets for IPE March 2027 will not be issued without valid candidate photographs and signatures. Uploaded photographs must be under 50 KB (3.5 cm × 2.8 cm) and signatures must be under 20 KB (1.5 cm × 2.8 cm).
Attendance Exemption Criteria: Principals of Government Junior Colleges are empowered to process proceedings for private candidates appearing without regular college study under Humanities. Candidates must have a minimum two-year gap after passing SSC (or equivalent) to appear for both first and second-year examinations together. Students from boards outside Andhra Pradesh must secure an official Eligibility Certificate from BIEAP.
Marks Memo Verification: College authorities are instructed not to collect exam fees from private or failed candidates without verifying a physical copy of their previous IPE marks memo. Candidates with absent (AF) or not-found (NF) notations must submit an undertaking confirming their status before registration.
Malpractice Candidates: Science stream students of General courses and regular students of Vocational courses previously booked under malpractice must appear for both theory and practical examinations upon regaining eligibility.
Steps for College Principals to Remit Fee Online
Log in to the official BIEAP portal at bie.ap.gov.in.
Confirm the candidate fee payment category-wise and nominal roll (NR) wise (e.g., 1st Year Regular, 2nd Year Regular, Vocational, Bridge Course).
Select the remittance bank (IDBI Bank or State Bank of India).
Generate the consolidated e-challan showing the candidate count and total payable sum.
Complete the payment online via bank transfer on the next working day following fee collection.
Submit the certified copy of the online fee-paid printout, candidate list, and original marks memos to the respective Regional Inspection Officer (RIO) / District Intermediate Education Officer (DIEO).
