AP POLYCET Counselling 2026 Notification PDF

The Qualified and eligible candidates of APPOLYCET-2026 are informed that admission to Polytechnics for the academic year 2026-27 will be conducted through Web-based Counselling. The Qualified and Eligible Candidates who have participated in First Phase Counselling are informed to exercise their options afresh using mobile OTP for the leftover seats now available and for consequential vacancies that may arise during the allotment in the final phase. The Candidates who have not yet registered online during the first phase counselling are directed to do online registration (online certificates verification and Fee payment) afresh in this final phase and exercise options as per the schedule given below.

The web counselling process includes online certificate verification, fee payment, and Web Options Entry. Eligible candidates are advised to participate in the web counselling process within the specified schedule. Detailed instructions, counselling procedure, and the User Manual will be available on https://polycet.ap.gov.in. Candidates are requested to carefully read and follow the guidelines provided on the website during the admission process.

All candidates, from the first to the last rank, can pay the processing fee from June 20, 2026, to June 27, 2026. The fee amounts are given below,

The processing fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or internet banking.

Once the payment is successful, click on the print button and take a printout of the fee receipt.

Documents Required for AP POLYCET 2026 Certificate Verification

The qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2026 are informed to attend for certificate verification along with the Processing fee payment receipt in any one of the Help Line Centres indicated below and as per the schedule given under, with all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies like

1. Processing fee payment receipt
2. APPOLYCET-2026 Hall ticket
3. APPOLYCET-2026 Rank Card
4. S.S.C or its Equivalent Marks memo(Original or Internet copy).
5. IV to X Study Certificate or Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) or Residence Certificate of either of parents in A.P. for 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
6. An EWS certificate from MeeSeva is valid for the year 2026-26 for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under the EWS category.
7. Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2022 for claiming tuition fee reimbursement
8. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category(BC/SC/ST) candidates
9. Transfer Certificate(T.C)
10. Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2021 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
11. PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Scouts & Guides/Minority/Anglo-Indian Certificate if applicable.

• For the PH category, candidates must produce a certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates with disabilities of 40% and above will only be considered for the PH category.
• CAP category candidates have to produce a certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (in case of Ex-Service Men), an Identity Card, and a Discharge Book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domiciled in Andhra Pradesh are eligible under the CAP Category. The decision of the authorities of Sainik Welfare of A.P. is final in this matter.
• Anglo-Indian Candidates must produce a certificate issued by the Competent Authority of their residence.
• NCC & Sports – Produce original certificates issued by competent authorities. The candidate should have represented the state of the AP
• Scouts & Guides: Produce original certificates of Rastriya Certificate holders of Bharat Scouts and Guides and other certificate holders of Bharat Scouts and Guides issued by competent authorities.

2. Go to the candidate’s login section and enter your credentials to log in
3. AP POLYCET First counselling details must be filled by the candidates and submitted
4. Download the results and print a hard copy for future reference

AP POLYCET 2026 Online Web Options

To participate in the AP Polycet Counselling, every student must have all their certificates verified. It can be done in any of the AP Polycet Counselling Help Line Centers. The Certificate Verification is compulsory. Otherwise, they are not allowed for the AP Polycet Web Options Entry. After completion of the Andhra Pradesh Polycet Document verification, you can lock your choices for Polytechnic Colleges

How to Make Option Entry:

In this second phase, the Options given in the first Phase will not be considered for allotment, and candidates have to exercise options afresh.

Candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment and have reported to the college need not exercise the option again. They should note that if they exercise their options now and a seat is allotted according to the options, the vacated seat will be allocated to the next meritorious candidate, and hence, they will have no claim on the previous allotment.

AP POLYCET Tuition Fee

The tuition fee payable after allotment is Rs. 4,700/- (for Government and aided Polytechnics) and Rs.25,000/- per anum (in Private unaided Polytechnics and Second Shift Engineering Colleges). The reimbursement of Tuition fee for all eligible candidates will be as per the orders issued by Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time. As per the norms prescribed by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, candidates with maximum eligible age [Candidates of SC/ST/BC-24 YEARS, and OC-20 YEARS] as on 01- 07-2026 are alone eligible for fee reimbursement
