AP POLYCET 2023 Web Options Online: The Qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2023 are informed that the admission into Polytechnics will be conducted based on Web based Counselling. The Qualified and eligible Candidates of APPOLYCET-2023 who have participated in Phase-I Counseling are informed to exercise their options afresh using their old password, Login ID for the leftover seats now available and consequential vacancies that may arise in the process of allotment in the final phase. The Candidates who have not attended for Certificate verification during first phase are directed to get their certificates verified from any Help Line Center in this final phase after payment of processing online and exercise options as per the schedule given below.

Department of Technical Education has started accepting AP POLYCET Web Options Entry on the Official Website. Those who were Registered for AP POLYCET Counselling and already Completed their Certificate Verification, can Opt for the Colleges from 11th to 14th August 2023. ఆంధ్ర‌ప్ర‌దేశ్‌ రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా పాలిటెక్నిక్‌ కళాశాలల్లో 77,424 సీట్లు ఉన్నట్లు అధికారులు వెల్లడించారు. 2023-24 విద్యా సంవత్సరం నుంచి కొత్తగా 13 ప్రైవేటు పాలిటెక్నిక్‌లకు అఖిల భారత సాంకేతిక విద్యా మండలి (ఏఐసీటీఈ) అనుమతులు ఇవ్వడంతో 3,180 సీట్లు అదనంగా అందుబాటులోకి రానున్నాయి. మొత్తం ప్రభుత్వ కళాశాలల్లో 16,494, ఎయిడెడ్‌లో 145, ప్రైవేటులో 60,785 సీట్లు ఉన్నాయి. దీనికి అదనంగా 10 శాతం ఈడబ్ల్యూఎస్‌ కోటా సీట్లు ఉంటాయి.  ఆయా కాలేజీల్లో 31 బ్రాంచుల్లో రెండేళ్లు, మూడేళ్లు, మూడున్నరేళ్ల వ్యవధితో కూడిన డిప్లొమా కోర్సులు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి.

కళాశాలల్లో ప్రవేశాలకు త్వరలో వెబ్‌ కౌన్సిలింగ్‌ నిర్వహించనున్నారు. ఏఐసీటీఈ అనుమతించిన సీట్లకు ప్రభుత్వం ఆమోదం లభించిన అనంతరం వెబ్‌ ఐచ్ఛికాల నమోదుకు అవకాశం కల్పిస్తారు.

AP POLYCET Counselling 2023 Schedule for First Round

Documents Required for AP POLYCET 2023 Certificate Verification

The qualified candidates of APPOLYCET-2023 are informed to attend for certificate verification along with the Processing fee payment receipt in any one of the Help Line Centres indicated below and as per the schedule given under, with all original certificates and two sets of Xerox copies like

1. Processing fee payment receipt
2. APPOLYCET-2023 Hall ticket
3. APPOLYCET-2023 Rank Card
4. S.S.C or its Equivalent Marks memo(Original or Internet copy).
5. IV to X Study Certificate or Residence Certificate (in case where the candidate has no institutionalized education) or Residence Certificate of either of parents in A.P. for 10 years in case of non-local candidates.
6. EWS certificate valid for the year 2023-24 from MeeSeva, for OC candidates who want to claim reservation under EWS category.
7. Income Certificate issued on or after 01.01.2020 for claiming tuition fee reimbursement.
8. Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of reserved category(BC/SC/ST) candidates
9. Transfer Certificate(T.C)
10. Local status certificate (if applicable)i.e a candidate who migrates to any part of the state of Andhra Pradesh from the state of Telangana from 02-June-2014 to on/before 01-June-2021 shall be regarded as the local candidate in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
11. PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Scouts & Guides/Minority/Anglo-Indian Certificate if applicable.

• In respect of PH category, candidates have to produce a certificate issued by the District Medical Board. Candidates who have disability of 40% and above will only be considered under PH category.
• CAP category candidates have to produce a certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer (In case of Ex-Service Men), Identity Card and Discharge Book for verification. Candidates whose parents are domicile of Andhra Pradesh are eligible under CAP Category. The decision of authorities of Sainik Welfare of A.P is final in this matter.
• Anglo-Indian Candidates have to produce a certificate issued by Competent Authority of their place of residence.
• NCC & Sports – Produce original certificates issued by competent authorities. The candidate should have represented from the state of AP
• Scouts & Guides: Produce original certificates of Rastriya Certificate holders of Bharat Scouts and Guides and other certificate holders of Bharat Scouts and Guides issued by competent authorities.

How to Participate in APPOLYCET Web Counselling 2023

1. Visit the official website of AP POLYCET 2023 at appolycet.nic.in
2. Go to the candidate’s login section and enter your credentials to log in
3. AP POLYCET First counseling details must be filled by the candidates and submitted
4. Download the results and print a hard copy for future reference

AP POLYCET Counselling Fee

All the candidates from 1 to Last Rank can pay the processing fee from 25.05.2023 to 01.06.2023. The fee amounts are given below,

For OC/BC:Rs.700/-

For SC/ST:Rs. 250/-

• Processing fee can be paid through online using credit card or debit card or through internet banking.
• Once the payment is success click on print button and takes a print out of fee receipt

AP POLYCET 2023 – SCHEDULE FOR EXERCISING OPTIONS FOR ALL CANDIDATES

How to Make Option Entry:

In this second phase the Options given in the 1st Phase will not be considered for allotment and candidates have to exercise options afresh.

The candidates who are satisfied with their previous allotment and reported at the college need not exercise option once again. They shall note that if they exercise options now and a seat is allotted as per the options, the vacated seat will be allotted to the next meritorious candidate and hence they will have no claim on previous allotment.

AP POLYCET Tuition Fee

The tuition fee payable after allotment is Rs. 4,700/- (for Government and aided Polytechnics) and Rs.25,000/- per anum (in Private unaided Polytechnics and Second Shift Engineering Colleges).The reimbursement of Tuition fee in respect of all eligible candidates will be as per the orders issued by Government of Andhra Pradesh from time to time. As per the norms prescribed by the Social Welfare Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh, candidates with maximum eligible age [Candidates of SC/ST/BC-24 YEARS, and OC-20 YEARS] as on 01- 07-2023 are alone eligible for fee reimbursement

For left over seats of phase-I, the list of Help Line centres and other details please visit: https://appolycet.nic.in.  It is advised to exercise options for interested Polytechnics/courses as vacancies may arise in the process of allotment in addition to the left over seats.
