Educational Qualifications
State Program Manager: Degree (incl. AYUSH) + MBA in Healthcare/Hospital/HR or equivalent PG Diploma, with 5 years’ experience.
Finance Manager: MBA (Finance)/M.Com/CA/ICWA with 3 years’ financial management experience.
District Program Manager: Degree (incl. AYUSH) + MBA in Healthcare Management with 3 years’ public health experience.
Psychiatrist: MD in Psychiatry.
AYUSH Doctor (Ayurveda): BAMS + 1-year internship with valid registration.
AYUSH Doctor (Homoeopathy): BHMS + 1-year internship with valid registration.
AYUSH Doctor (Unani): BUMS + 1-year internship with valid registration.
Yoga Instructor: BNYS/BAMS with Diploma in Yoga, or M.Sc. Yoga.
Salary Details
Salaries range from ₹27,500 for Yoga Instructors (outsourcing) up to ₹75,000 for State Program Manager (contract), demonstrating APMSRB’s commitment to competitive compensation for qualified professionals.

General/OC: 18–42 years
SC/ST/BC/EWS: 18–47 years

Selection Process
Selection is purely merit-based. No written exam or interview will be held.
Academic Merit: 75 points (as per qualifying exam score)
Service weightage for contract employees: 15 points
Experience (post-internship): 10 points
Service Weightage (per 6 months worked):
COVID-19 duties – 5.0 marks
Tribal area – 2.5 marks
Rural area – 2.0 marks
Urban area – 1.0 mark
