Age relaxation applies to reserved categories as per the official rules and regulations established by the state government (e.g., up to 10 years for Physically Handicapped candidates, specific relaxations for ex-servicemen, state government employees, etc.).
Selection Process
The APPSC Group 2 selection process will be conducted in multiple stages to thoroughly assess the capabilities of the candidates:
- Screening Test (Preliminary Examination): An offline, objective-type, OMR-based examination.
- Main Examination: An objective-type written exam structured at the degree standard, consisting of two papers carrying 150 marks each.
- Computer Proficiency Test (CPT): A 60-minute practical test assessing fundamental office automation and computer skills for applicable posts.
- Document Verification: Final verification of qualifications, identity, and category claims.
