APRJC 2026 Certificate verification

To participate in the APRJC Counselling, every student should get all the certificates verified. It can be done in any of the APRJC Counselling Help Line Centers. The Certificate Verification is compulsory. Otherwise, they are not allowed for the APRJC Web Options Entry. APRJC CET 2026 Counselling Process

Registration

In this phase, it is mandatory for the selected students to report at their nearest APRJC CET helpline center and perform the registration formalities.

Document Verification

This phase is all about verifying whether the details you provided while filling the application form are correct or not. It is really important for the details to match with your original documents. Only those students will be able to clear this phase whose documents are a 100% match. However, the following documents will be required at APRJC Counselling Venue:

• A hard-copy of APRJC CET 2026 Admit Card.

 Seat Allotment

After successful document verification, the students will have login with the credentials they got upon completing the document verification at aprs.cgg.gov.in after the portal goes online. There, the students have to select there preferred junior colleges and assign priorities to them. APRJC Seat Allotment will be done as per the rank obtained by the student in the CET.

Payment of Fees

If the student is allotted a seat in his/ her desired college, they are required to pay the admission fees within 15 days after the seat allotment. The deadlines mentioned are to be followed strictly otherwise, student may loose his/ her allotted seat.

1. APRJC CET-2026 Hall Ticket/Rank card/Result Sheet

2. SSC Marks Memo 2026

3. Transfer and Conduct Certificates from the institution where the candidate last studied.

4. Caste Certificate

5. Income Certificate

6. Study  Certificates  from  IX  standard  onwards  issued  by  the  Heads  of  the respective institutes OR Local Candidate Certificate issued by the competent authority in the prescribed format.

7. Four recent passport size photos.
