Eligibility Criteria
Brahmaputra Cracker and Polymer Limited, (BCPL), a Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) is a joint venture of GAIL (India) Limited, Oil India Limited, Numaligarh Refinery Limited and Govt. of Assam. BCPL is going to engage 70 Apprentices for the year 2025- 2026 under the Apprentices Act 1961. The engagement will be done among the registered candidates available in the NATS portal based on merit and as per the terms and conditions of NATS.
Essential Qualification

| Graduate Apprentices | The Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by a Statutory University in relevant discipline. A Degree in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution empowered to grant such degree by an Act of Parliament in relevant discipline. Graduate examination of professional bodies recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above. He/she must enrol/ register in the NATS portal. Candidates must have obtained their degree/ diploma in the last three years i.e. 2019, 2020 & 2025. |
| Technician Apprentices | A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline. A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by a University in relevant discipline. A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an Institution recognized by the State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above. He/she must enroll/ register in the NATS portal. |
Candidates who have passed out in the year 2020,2021,2022,2023 and 2024 are eligible to apply in the aforesaid posts. However, engineering graduates/graduates/diploma holder who had already undergone training or having job experience for a period of one year or more after acquiring required qualifications shall not be eligible for being engaged as an Apprentice under the Act.
Age Limit
Not less than eighteen years and upper age limit is 28 years as on 31.1.2025. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidate, 3 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Persons with Disability.
Stipend
Graduate Apprentices: 9000 (Per Month)
Technician Apprentices: 8000 (Per Month)
Selection Process
Applications received online will be shortlisted based on eligibility criteria. Selection shall be based on merit as per mark secured in the degree/ diploma course as mentioned against each Apprentice posts. The list of shortlisted candidates will be published in the BCPL website www.bcplonline.co.in

Interested candidates meeting the prescribed eligibility criteria may apply through the “career section” of BCPL website www.bcplonline.co.in. The link will be made available from 22.01.2025 from 10:00hrs onwards. Closing date for online submission of application is 12.02.2025 23:59hrs. Candidates can apply against only one post.
