Education Details
For Degree Holders: Candidates must possess a full-time B.E. / B.Tech degree in the relevant discipline (Mechanical, Instrumentation, Civil, or CS) from a recognized University or Institute with a minimum of 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwD).
For Diploma Holders: Candidates with a Diploma in Engineering in the respective branches are also eligible for specific categories, provided they have a high academic record.3
Salary (Stipend)
Selected Trainee Engineers will receive a consolidated monthly stipend during their training period.4
Monthly Stipend: ₹25,000/- to ₹31,000/- per month (depending on qualification and specific project requirements).
Upon successful completion of the training and based on performance, candidates may be considered for regular positions or extended contracts.
Age Limit (as of 01.01.2025)
Minimum Age: 21 Years
Maximum Age: 28 Years
Age Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (NCL), and 10 years for PwD candidates as per Government of India norms.
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted through a multi-stage process to ensure technical competence:
Written Test: An objective-type test covering General Aptitude and Technical subjects.5
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates from the written exam will be called for an interview.
Document Verification: Final selection is subject to the validation of original academic and identity documents.
