The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) has announced the ICSI CSEET Admit Card 2025 for the ICSI Exam online from the official site @ icsi.edu. ICSI CSEET Exam Date 2025

It is noted that the eligible candidates for the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET), scheduled to be held on May 03, 2025, via remote proctored mode, have been uploaded to the Institute’s website. ICSI CSEET Exam Instructions

CSEET shall be conducted through REMOTE Proctored mode instead of from Test Centres. Candidates can appear for the CSEET using their laptop or desktop from home or any other convenient and isolated location. Candidates shall not be allowed to appear in CSEET using Mobile Phones, Tablets, Palmtops, etc.

Given the Remote Proctored mode, the Viva Voce portion has been removed for the CSEET scheduled for July 05, 2025.

Duration of CSEET shall be 2 Hours, i.e. 120 minutes. The break-up of marks of each paper in the computer-based CSEET in MCQ pattern shall be as under:

Passing the Company Secretary Executive Entrance Test (CSEET) is a mandatory condition for all candidates seeking registration to the Company Secretary Course Executive Program, except for categories exempted from appearing in CSEET. Candidates seeking registration to the Executive Programme should fulfill the following eligibility conditions on the registration date.

Should have passed the CSEET, and the result should not be older than one year from the date of declaration of result of CSEET;
They should also have passed 10+2 (Senior Secondary Examination) conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognised by the Central Government or State Government or equivalent thereto for the purposes of admission to a Bachelor’s degree course.

Candidate should observe the mandatory requirements for appearing in CSEET as under:

Properly installed SEBLite on the desktop/laptop, which has the requisite technical requirements for the CSEET.
Stable internet connection (avoid hotspot or mobile or unstable internet source).
Fully charged laptop or power backup enabled desktop.
Observance of Instructions to candidates in true letter and spirit.
Appearance in the Mock Test (Not to uninstall SEBLite up until completion of CSEET).

CSEET 2025 Exam Scheme

The CSEET exam is a computer-based exam consisting of 140 multiple-choice questions to be attempted in 120 minutes. Here is the subject-wise Question paper pattern.

During the CSEET, no candidate shall be allowed to

Use Mobile, earphones, headphones, or any other gadget, including a Pager, Digital Diary, Scientific or Programmable Calculator, Blue Tooth, Palmtop, Smart Watch, Health Band, etc.
Refer to books or use a writing pad(s), notebooks, etc.
Once he/she is seated before the computer for the CSEET, he/she must have the presence of any other person in the room with him/her.
Take a photograph (s) of the screen/questions/answer option(s).
Read questions and answer options loudly.
Leave the workstation without submission of the test.
Have eye contact and focus out of the screen.
