Rajasthan Energy Dept Recruitment 2026 Vacancy Details

The Rajasthan Energy Department has identified a total of 3452 vacancies, out of which 2005 posts have been officially approved for direct recruitment. These positions are distributed across Junior Engineer, Junior Accountant, and Commercial Assistant-II roles across the five electricity companies.

Education Details

While the exact educational criteria will be detailed in the official notification, the expected qualifications based on standard electricity board norms are:

• Junior Engineer (E&M): Candidates must possess a full-time 4-year Graduation Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in the relevant discipline (Electrical/Mechanical/etc.) from a recognized university.

• Junior Accountant: A Degree in Commerce or Business Administration from a recognized university, or candidates must have passed the intermediate examination of ICAI/ICWAI.

Salary

Selected candidates will be placed on a probation period as Probationer Trainees for two years.

• Junior Engineer (E&M): Pay Matrix Level-10 (Approx. basic pay Rs. 33,800/- per month during probation).

• Junior Accountant: Pay Matrix Level-10 (Approx. basic pay Rs. 33,800/- per month during probation).

• Commercial Assistant-II: Pay Matrix Level-5 (Approx. basic pay Rs. 20,800/- per month during probation).

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 or 21 years (depending on the specific post).

• Maximum Age: 40 years.
