SBI Clerk Recruitment 2025 Apply Online for 5180 Junior Associate Posts

SBI Clerk 2025 Notification PDF Online Form: The State Bank of India has released the official notification for the 5180 vacancies of Clerk Posts in the Branches of the State Bank of India. Eligible and skilled candidates can apply through the Online mode from its official website sbi.co.in till the last date, which is 26 August 2025. 

SBI Clerks 2025 Notification Details

Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) in clerical cadre in State Bank of India. Candidates can apply for vacancies in one State/UT only. Candidates can appear for the test only once under this recruitment project. The candidates applying for vacancies of a particular State/UT, should be proficient (reading, writing, speaking and understanding) in the specified opted local language of that State/UT (mentioned in the under given vacancy table against each state/UT).

Educational Qualifications for SBI Clerks 2025

(a) He/she must hold a valid degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
(b) Candidates having an integrated dual degree (IDD) certificate should ensure that the date of passing the IDD. Those who are in the final year/semester of their Graduation may also apply provisionally subject to the condition that, if provisionally selected, they will have to produce proof of having passed the graduation examination.
(c) Matriculate Ex-servicemen, who have obtained the Indian Army Special Certificate of Education or corresponding certificate in the Navy or Air Force, after having completed not less than 15 years of service in the Armed Forces of the Union are also eligible for the post.

Computer Literacy: Knowledge of computer operation is required for the SBI Clerk exam.

Age Limit (As on 01.04.2025)

Not below 20 years and not above 28 years as on 01.04.2025, i.e. candidates must have been born not earlier than 02.04.1997 and not later than 01.04.2005 (both days inclusive).

SBI Clerks 2025 Salary Details

Selected candidates will get Rs.24050-1340/3-28070-1650/3-33020-2000/4-41020-2340/7-57400-4400/1-61800-2680/1-64480.

The starting Basic Pay is Rs.26730/- (Rs.24050/- plus two advance increments admissible to graduates).

EMOLUMENTS: The total starting emoluments of a Clerical Cadre employee payable at Metro like Mumbai will be around Rs.46,000/- per month inclusive of D.A., other allowances at the current rate and two additional increments for newly recruited graduate junior associates.

SBI Clerk Jobs 2025: Selection Process

Selection will be done as per performance in online test (Preliminary & Main exam) and test of specified opted local language.

Phase-I: Preliminary Examination: Online Preliminary Exam consisting of Objective Tests for 100 marks will be conducted online. This test would be of 1- hour duration consisting of 3 Sections as follows:

Phase – III: Local Language Proficiency Test: Provisionally selected candidates not having studied (in class 10^th or 12^th) any of the specified local language of the State applied, will have to appear in Local Language Proficiency Test (LLPT). The pattern of the test will be as follows:
