Stree Nidhi has announced 123 Assistant Manager vacancies distributed across multiple districts in Telangana. Additionally, 10% of the positions in each district are exclusively reserved for eligible Self Help Group (SHG) members.

Stree Nidhi Telangana AM Recruitment 2026 Education Details

To be eligible for the Assistant Manager post, candidates must meet the following educational criteria:

• A Bachelor’s degree from any recognized University in India.
• Minimum marks required: 65% for OCs, 60% for BCs, and 55% for SCs/STs/PWDs.
• Mandatory knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to fluently speak, read, and write in both Telugu and English.
• The candidate must be a native of Telangana state.

Stree Nidhi Telangana Jobs 2026 Age Limit

• Candidates must be between 25 and 30 years of age prior to the release date of the notification.
• The upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years for BC candidates and 5 years for SC/ST/PWD candidates.

Stree Nidhi Telangana Vacancy 2026 Salary

• The selected candidates will receive a gross salary of Rs. 21,600/- per month.
• With the inclusion of Fixed Travel Allowance, Additional Allowance, Variable Pay, and Vehicle Maintenance Allowance, the total estimated monthly emoluments will be approximately Rs. 33,960/-.

Selection Process

• The selection procedure consists entirely of an ONLINE Examination/Test.
• The exam features 100 objective-type questions distributed across Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, English Language, and General Awareness.
• The maximum marks are 100, and the duration of the test is 90 minutes.
• There is a penalty for wrong answers; 25% (one-fourth) of the marks assigned to a question will be deducted for every incorrect response.
