Additional Mandatory Eligibility Criteria (Applicable to all posts): To be eligible for this UKSSSC Recruitment, applicants must also fulfill at least one of the following state-specific conditions:
Hold a valid registration with an Employment Exchange situated within Uttarakhand by the final date of the application.
Possess a valid Uttarakhand Domicile / Permanent Residence Certificate.
Have passed their High School (10th) and Intermediate (12th) from recognized educational institutions located within the state of Uttarakhand.
(Note: Regular employees already working in state/central government or public sector undertakings in Uttarakhand whose services are non-transferable outside the state are exempt from the employment exchange registration rule.)
Age Limit
Minimum Age: 18 Years as of July 01, 2026
Maximum Age: 42 Years as of July 01, 2026
Age Relaxation: Upper age relaxation is applicable as per Uttarakhand government norms (e.g., 5 years for SC/ST/OBC and 10 years for Divyang candidates).
Selection Process
Written Examination: Candidates will undergo an offline OMR-based written test consisting of 100 objective-type questions related to the technical syllabus. The duration is 2 hours. A negative marking of 0.25 will be applied for each incorrect answer.
Minimum Qualifying Marks: 45% for General/OBC/EWS and 35% for SC/ST candidates.
Document Verification: Successful candidates will be called for the verification of original education, trade, experience, and category certificates.
