The Tamil Nadu Chief Minister’s Talent Search Examination (TNCMTSE) 2025-26 is scheduled to be conducted on January 31, 2026. This scholarship scheme is specifically designed to identify and support talented Class 10 students studying in Government schools across Tamil Nadu.

TNCMTSE JAN 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Grade & Schooling: Only students currently enrolled in Class 10 in Tamil Nadu Government Schools under the State Board curriculum are eligible.
Selection Quota: A total of 1,000 students (500 boys and 500 girls) are selected state-wide based on merit.
Scholarship Benefits
Financial Reward: Selected students receive a scholarship of ₹10,000 per year.
Duration: The scholarship is typically provided annually until the student completes their Undergraduate (UG) degree, provided they continue their studies within the state.
TNCMTSE JAN 2025 Exam Pattern & Syllabus
The examination consists of two objective-type (MCQ) papers conducted on the same day:
