ఖాళీల వివరాలు మంజూరైన మొత్తం 190 పోస్టులను మూడు గ్రేడ్లుగా విభజించారు. రాష్ట్రవ్యాప్తంగా వీటి విభజన ఈ విధంగా ఉంది:
