Educational Qualifications
Candidates must possess the required academic qualification declared by a recognized university as of the notification date (July 6, 2026). The qualification requirements are split into two mandatory components:

B.Arch

Salary Scale
Selected candidates will receive a competitive salary package as per state government norms.
Scale of Pay: Rs. 58,850 – 1,37,050/- per month.

Maximum Age: 44 years (Candidate must not be born before July 2, 1982)

Selection Process

Application Fee
The application fee varies depending on the candidate’s category and employment status.
Application Processing Fee: Rs. 1000/- for OC & BC categories; Rs. 500/- for SC, ST, and PwD candidates.
Examination Fee: Rs. 120/-.
Fee Exemption: All unemployed candidates are completely exempted from paying the examination fee. Government, PSU, and Corporation employees must pay the full exam fee.
