Eligibility
Nationality and Domicile: Applicant must be an Indian National and a local resident of Telangana State
Educational Qualification
For all seats in all Government DIETs and Private Un-aided Elementary Teacher Education Institutions:
- The candidate should have passed or appeared for the Intermediate Examination
- (Qualifying Exam) or its equivalent as decided by the TS DEECET Committee for appearing at the TS DEECET 2023. However, she / he should have passed the qualifying examination by the time of admission.
- The candidates should have secured 50% of marks in aggregate in the Qualifying Examination for appearing at the TS DEECET 2023. The minimum percentage of marks in the case of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Physically Challenged candidates shall however be 45%.
Age Limit
Candidates should have completed 17 years of age as on 1st September of the year of admission. There shall be no upper age limit for admission into D.EI.Ed /D.P.S.E. Programme.
Schedule Of Examination:
The TS DEECET shall be conducted ‘ONLINE’ in all the erstwhile 10 districts, on the dates to be notified shortly.
TS DEECET/DIETCET Application Fee
The candidate after satisfying herself /himself about the eligibility criteria for TSDEECET shall pay a fee of Rs. 500/- through payment gateway service provided on http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in from 09.05.2023 to 30.06.2023.
How to Apply Online for TS DEECET
The candidates shall first download the ‘Information Bulletin’ free of cost from the website http://deecet.cdse.telangana.gov.in go through it carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for DEECET, 2023.
- Goto official website www.tsdeecet.cgg.gove.in
- Pay the Application fee through TS Online/Credit/debit card/netbanking.
- Then journal number will be generated and the candidate must note it down.
- Proceed to Fill the application form with candidate personal information like Email ID, Mobile no. etc.
- Upload scanned color Photo (30kb – 20kb) & Signature (30kb – 15kb) in JPEG format.
- Take a printout of the Application for future reference.

TS DIET CET Syllabus 2023
All the candidates who have applied for the Telangana DEECET Exam are searching for the Exam Syllabus and Test pattern. TS DEECET is an entrance exam to get an admission into two-year D.Ed courses at various colleges in the state of Telangana. TS DEECET 2023 Exam Pattern
The entrance test will be conducted in Online (Computer Based Test). The paper will comprise of 100 objective type and Multiple choice questions to be completed in 2 hours and 30 minutes duration. Each question shall have 4 options out of which only one will be correct. Each correct answer will fetch 1 mark. NO NEGATIVE marking will be applicable.
