TS DOST 2025-26 Notification

తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలోని ప్రభుత్వ, ప్రైవేట్‌ డిగ్రీ కళాశాలల్లో 2025-26 విద్యా సంవత్సరంలో ప్రవేశానికి డిగ్రీ ఆన్‌లైన్‌ సర్వీసెస్‌-తెలంగాణ (దోస్త్‌) రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ ప్రక్రియ మే 2 నుంచి ప్రారంభం అయింది.

గత ఏడాది మొత్తం 3,86,544 డిగ్రీ సీట్లు అందుబాటులో ఉన్నాయి. అలాగే ప్రభుత్వ డిగ్రీ కళాశాలలు 136 కలుపుకొని మొత్తం 1,054 కళాశాలలు దోస్త్‌ పరిధిలో ఉన్నాయి. రాష్ట్రంలోని విశ్వవిద్యాలయాల్లో బీఏ, బీకాం, బీఎస్సీ, బీబీఏ, బీబీఎం, బీసీఏ తదితర కోర్సుల్లోని సీట్లను దోస్త్‌ ద్వారా భర్తీ చేయనున్నారు.

TS DOST UG Online Admission 2025-26 Notification has been Released @ dost.cgg.gov.in. The online platform DOST (Degree Online Services, Telangana) will provide Online Degree Applications for the academic year 2025-26. Candidates wish to Join UG courses like (B.A., B.Com, B.Sc., BBA, BCA, BBM, BSW & D-Pharmacy, etc.) can Read the Notification Provided below. 

What is DOST

. DOST offers a single window (DOST website https://dost.cgg.gov.in) for seeking admission into any of the Undergraduate Programmes in any of the State Universities (Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana, Palamuru, Mahatma Gandhi, Sathavahana, and Mahila Vishwa Vidyalayam, JNTU and TSBTET). The process of admission is simple. It is student-friendly, and one can do it by himself/herself. Candidates must register by visiting the website and logging in with the Intermediate Hall ticket number.

TS DOST 2025-26 Admission Schedule – Important Dates

As per the initial schedule, Phase I registration will begin on May 6 and will end on May 25, 2025. The remaining Dates can be found in the table below.

Telangana Degree Online Admission 2025-26 Application Registration

Online applications are invited for registration and admission into Admissions to 1060 Colleges in Osmania, Kakatiya, Telangana, Palamuru, Mahatma Gandhi, and Satavahana University Areas will be done through TS DOST 2025. There were 4,25,000 Vacancies in various programs such as B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com./ B.Com.(Voc)/ B.Com.(Hons)/ BSW/ BBA/ BBM/ BCA, etc., and Diploma Courses such as DHMCT and D-Pharmacy in Polytechnical Colleges affiliated to TSBTET for the Academic Year 2025-26.

DOST-2025 Admission Process for the students

Candidates can Apply Online through One must follow the following steps – 

Step-I Registration/DOST ID Generation

Method-I: If a student has already linked an Aadhaar number with the mobile number, he/she can directly register on the DOST Website with mobile OTP authentication.

In case his/her Aadhaar number is not seeded with a mobile number, the student shall link his/her or his/her parent’s mobile number with the student’s Aadhaar at Aadhaar Update Centres.

Method-II: The TSBIE students can register through DOST Mobile App, featured new on DOST Website. It is based on photo recognition. Once the photo of the student is scanned and accepted, DOST ID will be generated. The students can, later, go for the next step in admissions. The following steps are to be followed.

  1. The student has to download the DOST Mobile App from the DOST Website on their smartphones.
  2. Then, register his mobile number.
  3. He gets an OTP.
  4. He has to enter OTP and submit.
  5. Then, DOST authentication services will be enabled on dashboard.
  6. The student, now, has to enter his particulars like name, date of birth, mobile number, Aadhaar number etc.
  7. As he proceeds further, face recognition service is opened.
  8. As he navigates with his live photo, and when it matches with his face, DOST ID is generated.
  9. The student may proceed with payment of registration fee and filling in the application.
Method-III: The student may visit the MeeSeva Centre for Biometric Authentication (Fingerprint/Iris/Face Authentication) and register on DOST.

Method-IV: The TSBIE students can register in DOST through T-App Folio Mobile App based on photo authentication.

  1. The students may install Mobile based T-App Folio which contains DOST ID generation service.
  2. Students shall enter Hall ticket number of TSBIE, Date of Birth, Aadhaar number and Mobile number.
  3. On verification of Hall Ticket, Date of Birth, uniqueness of Aadhaar and uniqueness of Mobile, the details of the data (Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, and Candidate’s Photograph) would be referred to T-App Folio application.
  4. On successful authentication of live photograph (selfie) with the photograph available in TSBIE service, DOST Reference ID is generated.
  5. Students get DOST Reference ID over SMS and on App.
  6. By using reference ID the student can generate DOST ID on the DOST Website and the students can go for further process of registration and exercise web options.

TS DOST-2025 Admission Process for the students

  1. After the registration, students will get DOST ID and PIN. The students are advised to keep their DOST ID and PIN carefully and confidentially till the end of the admission process.
  2. The students shall log in using DOST ID and PIN/password to open the Application Form.
  3. They must fill in the application form with all the required details (once the data is submitted, it cannot be edited).
  4. Then, they must exercise web options by choosing the course and college of their preference and giving the priority numbers. (One must be careful while giving college and course priorities, as the seats will be allotted according to the priorities specified in the options.)
  5. The students are advised not to share DOST ID/PIN/Password with anybody to keep their options confidential.
  6. Seat allotment will be given to the students who exercised web options.
  7. Seats will be allotted based on the merit and reservations in force.
  8. If the students are satisfied with the seat allotted, they must confirm the seat by online self-reporting and pay the required confirmation fee online as per the payment mentioned below.
  9. The students who confirm their seat (in any phase) by online self-reporting must visit the allotted college in person from 20.08.2025 to 24.08.2025 and submit the required certificates and pay fee. It is only then your seat is confirmed.
  10. If the student is not satisfied with the seat secured, he can pay fee (online payment) for the seat reservation and then, go for web options once again in the second and third phases.

TS DOST 2025 Eligibility

students who are seeking admission to undergraduate courses in the 1st year of  B.A./B.Sc./B.Com.(Gen/ Computers/Comp.Appln.)/B.Com.(Voc)/B.Com.(Hons)/BSW /BBA /BBM/BCA Degree courses must have passed the 12th Board examination (Two-year Intermediate program) affiliated to the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana State OR equivalent exam.
Eligibility Certificate: The Eligibility Certificate from Board of Intermediate, Telangana State is required from the candidates of other boards.

Payment Process

  1. The existing three payment gateways, Bill-desk, Atom, and T-Wallet (T-Wallet does not charge students any commission while paying the fee online), shall be used for DOST—2025 for the DOST registration fee and reservation fee.
  2. The students who are allotted to Government/University Colleges and are eligible for ePass fee reimbursement need not pay any amount for online self-reporting.
  3. Students allotted to Private Colleges and eligible for ePass fee reimbursement need to pay Rs.500/—for online self-reporting.
  4. Students allotted to Government/University Colleges/Private Colleges and not eligible for ePass college fee reimbursement need to pay Rs.1000/—for online self-reporting.

    • Important Instructions
      • You need to fill in the “Student Details Form” only once.
      • You have to pay Rs.100 for seeking admission for all the six universities.
      • You may apply for unlimited number of colleges within a university.
      • You may apply for more than one combination within the permitted undergraduate programme.
      • You may apply for one or more or all the six universities. Registration is required to be done only once.
      • All the students, other than Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana should get their eligibility and equivalence certificates and approach nearest helpline centres of the respective Universities for verification.(Click on this link to apply for equivalence certificate online: https://tsbie.cgg.gov.in/studentServices.do )
      • All the students, who applied under special category ie., NCC, NSS, Sports, CAP should get their certificates verified at the helpline centers of the respective Universities. Dates will be informed in advance for each special category. The concerned department officers will be available to verify the special category certificates.

Stepwise guidelines for DOST admission process

    • Open http://dost.cgg.gov.in website.
    • You will find the home page with the six university logos and various instructions, information about Colleges and courses, etc.
    • Thoroughly read all the instructions on the home page such as Check List, Student Instructions and browse the Colleges and Course list .
    • Click on the “Register” button for the registration process.
    • UG Online Admission Payment Form will appear. Please fill in the Student Details in the form.
    • After filling the UG Online Admission Payment Form click on Proceed to Payment button.
    • Payment gateway page will appear. Pay your online application fee using your Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking facility.
    • If payment is successful you will see a message which looks like below.
    • ” Your payment was Successful for Rs.100/- on DD/MM/2018…Your Transaction Id is XXXXXXXXXX and Acknowledgment no. for your Application is: XXXXXXXXXXXX”

      • Please write down your application number. Also you will receive SMS with your application no. to your registered mobile no.
      • Click on the application button next to home,the UG Online Admission Form FOR ACADEMIC YEAR : 2018-19 will appear.
      • For students of the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana, the software will auto-fill some of your information, and you will complete the remaining information.
      • For students who belong to boards other than the Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana, the student must enter all the details.
      • Please enter an equivalent percentage of CGPA accurately.
      • After furnishing all the details, click on the Preview button.
      • Verify your Details once again and Press “SUBMIT” button to submit UG Online Admission Form.
      • DOST Online Admission Registration Payments Status and Web Options page will appear.
      • To Excerise Web Options click on “Click for Web Options” link. To Exit click on LOGOUT.

  • Candidates who have registered afresh both regular and advanced supplementary passed outs.
  • NOTE
  • Options given in the Phase-I may be changed by the candidate if desired.
  • Candidates have to exercise options afresh for seat allotment in Phase-II other wise the previous web optins will be valid.
  • The candidates are instructed to note that the seat allotted in the previous phase as per the options given may be lost,
    if the candidate is allotted a fresh seat in a new college/course and have no claim on the previous allotments
    as the vacated seat is allotted to next meritorious candidate. Hence students are cautioned to exercise only better options than allotted seat.

Process to Apply

  1. Search for the DOST official website @dost.cgg.gov.in.
  2. Now, find the application heading “Apply online”.
  3. All BIETS candidates must visit ME/E Seva centres first and obtain DOST Token numbers issued by them after the Biometric Authentication Process.
  4. Read the Procedure to use DOST.

Intermediate Students

  •  Intermediate Hall Ticket Number.
  • AADHAR Card Number.
  • Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking facility to pay your admission fee.
  • Recent passport size photo. (Scanned photo not more than 100 Kb.).
  • You need a valid mobile number.
  • Caste Certificate Number issued by MEESEVA (If applying under any reservation).
  • Income Certificate Number issued by MEESEVA on or after 1st April 2017.(Required if scholarships are claimed). Sports, NCC, NSS, CAP and PH scanned certificate copies in case of availing admission under special category.

Note: If you choose “Payment Later”, you need to click on Application Fee Payment tab on the DOST home page.
After clicking on “Proceed for Payment” a fee payment webpage will be displayed as shown in the screen below and you will be charged a DOST registration fee of Rs 200/-.
On clicking Proceed for payment button the control will lead you to the PAYMENT GATEWAY along with Student Payment Details.
