- 2025-2026 విద్యా సంవత్సరానికి గాను తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్రంలో నడుపబడుతున్న (23) ఏకలవ్య మోడల్ గురుకుల విద్యాలయాలలో 6వ తరగతిలో గల ఒక్కో స్కూల్లో 60 సీట్లను (1380) మరియు 7వ, 8వ, 9వ తరగతులలో గల మిగిలిన ఖాళీలను నింపడానికి అర్హులైన విద్యార్ధిని మరియు విద్యార్థుల నుండి ఆన్లైన్ ద్వారా దరఖాస్తులు కోరబడుతున్నవి.
- ఈ సీట్లు అన్నీ వ్రాత పరీక్ష నందు పొందిన మార్కుల మెరిట్ ఆధారంగా, రిజర్వేషన్ ప్రకారం ప్రవేశములు కల్పించడం జరుగుతుంది.

Admission eligibility for 6th Class:
The minimum and maximum age limit (as on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought) for admission in EMR Schools in class is given below: (Child born on 1st April should also be considered.)

- The maximum age limit can be relaxed by two years in case of Differently abled children by the State / Societies.
- Parental Income for the financial year 2025-26 should not exceed Rupees Two Lakh (2 lakh) per annum for urban and 1.5 lakh for rural or as per the Government guidelines at the time of admission.
- Candidates should have qualified class V/ VI/ VII/VIII in the Academic session 2022-23 or 2021-22 from a Govt / Govt. aided / Govt recognized school / CBSE Affiliated School are eligible for VI/ VII/VIII/IX respectively.
- Candidate should not be rusticated from any of the schools.
- The Candidate shall be allotted admission in any of the EMRS running across the state as per the Merit list prepared on the basis of selection Test.
- A screening test will be conducted for admission into VI & Back log admissions for VII, VIII & IX classes and allotment of seats will be done through online merit basis only.
- All the seats will be filled as per the state merit and candidate option.
- All the applied candidates have to give all the options to allot the seat as per their merit.

TS EMRS Application Procedure
The applications will be received online only from 17 January 2025 to 16 February 2025. Applications must be submitted online through the portal www.tgtwgurukulam.telangana.gov.in by paying a fee of Rs.100/-. A screening test will be conducted for admission into VI to VII Classes, and allotment of seats will be done on an online merit basis only.

Composition of Test for 6th class
The EMRSST, conducted offline, may be two -a two-hour objective type question from 03 sections for a total of 100 marks. The medium of instruction for the examinations may be English / Regional language or bilingual.

The question paper of EMRSST will be based on competencies by the level prescribed for class V students by NCERT/SCERT/CBSE.
Composition of Test for 7th, 8th & 9th classes
The entrance test for 7th, 8th & 9th classes will be conducted in offline mode and three hours duration shall be given for students to write both objective & descriptive type questions from 5 sections. The questions shall be asked from NCERT/ SCERT textbooks of preceding via Class VI-VIII in case of CBSE / State Board affiliated EMRSs respectively. There shall be a total of 100 questions for 200 marks. The medium of instruction for the Examination is English / Regional language or bilingual.

Application Process & Fee
The applications will be received online from 17.01.2025 to16.02 .2025 on the website tsemrs.telangana.gov.in by paying a Fee of Rs.100/-.

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES
- The number of seats for boys and girls will be equal.
- The candidates belonging to the reservation categories mentioned at the Reservation table are eligible to apply for EMRSST.
- Registration forms can be filled out online only.
- Even if EMRS is not available in the student’s district, the student can apply to study in the nearest EMRS. 30 percent of the seats in each EMRS are allotted to local district candidates based on merit.
- The registration fee of Rs.100 (One Hundred Only) is to be paid by each and every candidate who wants to apply for the selection Test.
- Mere payment of fee is not sufficient to submit the application form. After successfully completing online payment of fee Rs.100/-, every candidate has to complete online application without fail.
- The incomplete application forms shall normally reject.
- It is compulsory that, the candidate selects the order of preference of school. So, allotment will be made according to merit and school option.
- Candidates are advised to take a printout of the acknowledgement form immediately after applying.
- Verification of proofs for residence, age, eligibility, etc. shall be done for selected candidates by the EMRS Principal concerned where the candidate has been admitted.
- The principal of the concerned EMRS will cancel admission at the time of admission/ at any time if wrong certificates are submitted & no appeal against such action of the principal shall be considered.
- In case of any discrepancy, the decision of the Secretary, TSES is final.
