Education Details

  • Graduate Apprentices: Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in relevant disciplines, or hold an MBA/PGDM, B.Com, Bachelor’s in Mass Communication, M.A., BSc Nursing, B.P.T, or BBA from a recognized university or institute.

  • Diploma Apprentices: Applicants are required to have a Diploma in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, E&C Engineering, Nursing/GNM, Pharmacy, or X-Ray Technology.

  • ITI Apprentices: Candidates must hold a valid ITI certificate in trades such as Electrician, Plumber, Fitter, Machinist, Welder, Carpenter, or Computer Operator and Programming Assistant (COPA).

  • Note: Candidates who are awaiting the results of their qualifying examination or who have already completed one year or more of apprenticeship training are not eligible to apply.

Monthly Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend subject to satisfactory attendance and performance. The stipend includes the Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) amount provided by the Government of India where applicable.

  • Graduate Apprentices (including HR, Finance, PR, etc.): Rs. 15,000/-
  • Diploma Apprentices & Supervisor (HR): Rs. 13,500/-
  • ITI Apprentices: Rs. 12,000/-

Age Limit

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 30 years

  • Relaxations in the upper age limit for reserved categories will be granted according to current Government guidelines.

Selection Process

The selection process is purely merit-based; no interviews will be conducted.

  • For Graduate Apprentices: Merit is calculated giving 20% weightage to 10th Class marks, 20% to 12th/Diploma marks, and 60% to Degree/PG marks.

  • For Diploma & ITI Technicians: Merit is calculated giving 30% weightage to 10th Class marks and 70% to Diploma/ITI marks.

  • Preference in selection is given first to Project Affected Families, followed by local district candidates, home state/UT candidates, and finally candidates from other states.
