There are a total of 5 vacancies available for this recruitment drive. Out of these, 1 position is allocated for the State PESA Coordinator at Tadepalli, Guntur, and 4 positions are for District PESA Coordinators across four specific districts.

Education Details & Experience

• Qualification: Candidates must hold a Postgraduate degree in Tribal Studies, Social work, Sociology, Anthropology, Public Administration, or Rural Development.
• State Coordinator Experience: 10 years of experience in project management/training, with at least 5 years in the Government/NGO sector.
• District Coordinator Experience: 5 years in project management/training, with 2 years in State government/district/mandal-level office.

Salary

• State PESA Coordinator: Rs. 60,000/- per month (Consolidated)
• District PESA Coordinator: Rs. 30,000/- per month (Consolidated)

Age Limit

• State PESA Coordinator: Maximum 40 years for General category and 45 years for Reserved categories.
• District PESA Coordinator: Maximum 35 years for General category and 40 years for Reserved categories.
• Note: Age relaxation is applicable for candidates with additional work experience.

Selection Process

• Candidates will be shortlisted for an interview in a 1:3 ratio based on screening criteria.
• Depending on application volume, a written examination and group discussion may also be conducted.
• The final selection is made by the State level Selection Committee based on interview performance.
