SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
Shortlisting: A Shortlisting Committee constituted by SBI will establish the shortlisting parameters based on qualifications, suitability, and experience, and call an adequate number of candidates for the interview.
Personal Interview (100 Marks):
The interview carries 100 marks, and qualifying marks will be decided by the Bank.
For GM & Chief AI Officer and all three DGM posts (Sl. No. 1 to 4), shortlisted candidates must deliver a 10-minute presentation during the interview covering their relevant job profile, projects undertaken, and milestones achieved.
CTC Negotiation: Conducted individually with candidates during or after the interview process.
Final Merit List: Prepared in descending order based solely on Interview scores. In case of a tie at the cut-off mark, candidates are ranked according to their age in descending order.
