During registration, applicants must pay a non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 2,000.
Institutes are allotted through an online system based on a merit-cum-choice basis, utilizing the candidate’s NCHM JEE All India Rank and reservation category.
If a seat is allotted in the first round, the candidate must confirm it by uploading the required documents and paying a Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF) of Rs. 20,000.
The SAF of Rs. 20,000 will be adjusted as part of the first-semester fees at the finally allotted institute.
If an applicant fails to deposit the SAF or complete the document verification process within the specified schedule, their allotted seat will be automatically canceled.
Candidates who withdraw their accepted seat by the end of the first round are eligible for a 95% refund of the SAF.
