On July 17, 5 pm, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham will release the second mop-up allotment round of Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) Centralised Seat Allotment Process (CSAP). The allotment result will be declared on July 18, 5 pm. Meanwhile, the candidates must fill their choices to the last mop-up allotment round of AEEE 2025 by today, July 15. AEEE Counselling 2025 is being conducted by Amrita Vidyapeetham (Deemed University). Candidates who have qualified in the AEEE Examination will be able to attend the AEEE Counselling 2025. To attend for the AEEE Counselling 2025 you need to enroll first.

Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham is set to announce the results for the second mop-up allotment round of the Amrita Entrance Examination – Engineering (AEEE) on July 17, 2025, at 5 PM. Candidates who participated in the mop-up round have until today, July 16, to edit their preferences through the official website at aeee.amrita.edu.
Eligibility:
Candidates who have paid the full tuition fees and caution deposit.
Those not allotted a seat in previous rounds.
Fresh applicants seeking admission.
– Upgradation Policy:
– Only candidates who have paid the full fees will be considered for seat upgradation.
– No further upgradation will be allowed after this mop-up round.
– Candidates allotted a new seat must pay the fee difference within the specified timeline.
– Refund Policy:
– Candidates not allotted any academic preferences will receive a refund of their registration fee after the final round.
Required Documents for Admission
Candidates should prepare the following documents for the AEEE 2025 admission process:
– Counselling call letter
– Class 10 and 12 hall tickets
– Mark sheets for Class 10 and Class 12
– AEEE 2025 hall ticket (signed by the invigilator)
– Transfer certificate (if applicable) and conduct certificate from the last institution attended

AEEE Counselling 2025 Process
- AEEE Counselling Registration– Candidates must visit the notified counselling venue and produce their call letters at the registration desk.
- Choice Filling– After this, candidates will be required to fill in the choices of the branch and campuses according to their preferences.
- Verification of Documents– candidates need to produce an original set of the below-listed documents and a demand draft of Rs. 10,000 as the counselling fees.
- AEEE Counselling Seat Allotment Process & Fee Payment: After the documents verified the seat is allotted to the candidates. After the acceptance of the seat, candidates have to pay the counselling fee required.
Documents Required for AEEE Counselling 2025
- Counselling call letter
- Mark sheet of 10th & 12 class
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable) and Conduct Certificate from the Institution last attended
- Class 12 / 10+2 hall ticket
- AEEE 2025 Hall ticket (duly signed by the Invigilator)
- Community Certificate( by SC / ST / BC / MBC / OBC candidates)
- Demand Draft of Rs. 10,000 drawn in the favour of “AMRITA SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING” and payable at Coimbatore, as counselling fee.
- Demand Draft of Rs. 50,000 drawn in the favour of “AMRITA SCHOOL OF ENGINEERING” payable at Coimbatore, as advance tuition fee (partial) payment before seat allotment.
- If TC is not available, a letter from the Principal to this effect should be submitted with the name of the Higher Secondary School and the State where the candidate last studied properly mentioned.
- If the community certificate is not in English, the candidate needs to submit an English version duly certified by a Notary Public.
