AESRB Lecturer Jobs: Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications
- Level 9A- B.E./B. Tech./B.S. (4-year Degree course) in relevant discipline with First Class or equivalent.
- Level 10- Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in relevant disciplines with First Class in either of the two at the time of application.
Note: Level 10: Integrated M. Tech degree to be considered, provided the candidate secured first class in the Integrated M. Tech course in relevant discipline.
Age Limit
The candidate should not be less than 21 years of age and more than 38 years of age as on 01-01-2024.
The upper age limit is relaxable up to:
- 5 (five) years for SC/STP/STH candidates i.e. up to 43 years.
- 3 (three) years for OBC/ MOBC candidates i.e. up to 41 years and
- 10 (ten) years for Persons with Benchmark Disability (PwBD) candidates i.e. up to 48 years irrespective of SC/ST/OBC and General Category candidates.
- For Ex-servicemen: The maximum age limit for entry into Government services for Grade-l and Grade-II posts in respect of Ex-servicemen shall be relaxed up to 50(fifty) years for un-reserved category:
AESRB Lecturer: Salary Details
- Level-9A: Rs.56,100 – Rs.1,77,500 plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.
- Level 10: Rs.57,700 – Rs.1,82,400 plus other allowances as admissible under Rules.
AESRB Jobs 2025: Selection Process
The selection of the candidates will be done on the basis of
- OMR-MCQ-based Written Examination – 75 Marks
- Teaching Proficiency Test – 25 Marks
