Educational Qualifications

  • MBBS Holders:

    • Must have passed the final MBBS (Part I & II) examination in not more than two attempts.

    • Must have completed the internship on or before 31st March 2025.

    • Must have appeared in NEET PG 2023 or 2024.

    • Postgraduate degree holders are exempted from appearing in NEET PG again; their previous scores will be considered.

    • Must possess a medical qualification recognized under the National Medical Commission Act, 2019.

    • Must have permanent registration with any State Medical Council, NMC, or MCI.

  • Postgraduate Degree Holders:

    • Must have a recognized postgraduate degree.

    • NEET PG score is not required; previous marks will be considered.

Age Limit

  • MBBS Holders: Maximum 30 years (Born on or after 2nd January 1996).

  • Postgraduate Degree Holders: Maximum 35 years (Born on or after 2nd January 1991).

Salary and Benefits

  • Pay Scale: ₹61,300 (Basic Pay) + Military Service Pay (MSP) ₹15,500 + allowances as per government norms.

Selection Process

  1. Shortlisting:

    • Conducted by a Board of Officers at Army Hospital (R&R), Delhi Cantt.

    • Evaluates clinical knowledge, communication skills, and commitment to serve.

    • Travel reimbursement provided for first-time interviewees.

  3. Medical Examination:

    • Conducted by the Special Medical Board (SMB).

    • Candidates declared ‘UNFIT’ may appeal to the Appeal Medical Board (AMB).

    • Final approval lies with the Review Medical Board (RMB).
