COLLEGE CHECKLISTS/GRADE CARDS

• College Check Lists will be sent to the Principals of the concerned Colleges. The candidates are directed to collect them from the concerned Principals and not from the office of the Examination section of the University.
• The results and Marks Statements issued will be cancelled at any time if the information furnished by the candidate in the examination application is found to be incorrect.
• Duplicate Marks Statements will not be issued within 30 (thirty) days from the date of publication of the results.
• A copy of the Checklist will be sent to the Principals of the concerned colleges for information. The Principals are requested to issue the marks statement to the candidates concerned only after affixing their College Stamp/Seal. Further, they should maintain a permanent record with the candidates’ signatures and addresses in token of the receipt.

REVALUATION DETAILS

• Candidates of Adikavi Nannaya University Affiliated Degree Colleges who wish to have their valued answer scripts reevaluated are required to apply in the prescribed Revaluation Format along with the Revaluation Fee, Rs.750/-( Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty Only), for each script of their respective course and Year/Semester and hand them over to the concerned college principal, where they have studied.
• The specimen handwriting of the candidate, separately for each answer script to be revalued, shall be enclosed with the Revaluation Application. The candidate applying for the revaluation need not wait for the revaluation results and must appear for the subsequent examination as per the eligibility. 
• No application will be entertained after the due date of submission of applications.
• Late applications due to postal delay, etc., cannot be entertained.

Any discrepancy in the results published and the marks statements issued should be brought to the notice of the Controller of Examinations within 5 days from the date of publication of the results through the Principal concerned for rectification.

• Any complaints, representations, appeals, or legal suits for redressal of examination-related grievances shall be submitted 90 (ninety) days from the date the results are published. All legal suits against the University shall be filed in courts within the jurisdiction of Rajamahendravaram City only.
