ALIMCO Recruitment 2026 Education Details

Candidates must hold the required academic qualifications to be eligible for their desired post. Applicants for IT and AI roles need a B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT, MCA, or a related degree with relevant certifications. Engineering posts (Civil, Mechanical, Plastic, Textile) require a B.E/B.Tech or a 3-Year Diploma with a minimum of 55% marks. Clinical and Educator roles (Audiologist, Prosthetics & Orthotics, Special Educator) mandate a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in the respective specialization along with a valid RCI CRR registration.

Salary

• Lead AI Expert: Rs. 1,80,000 per month
• IT Consultant / UI/UX Developer: Rs. 1,05,000 per month
• Junior Manager: Rs. 60,000 per month
• Audiologist / Optometrist / Prosthetics & Orthotics: Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 40,000 per month
• Store Assistant / Warehouse Assistant / QC Assistant: Rs. 35,000 per month

Age Limit

The upper age limit is determined by the specific post applied for, with the cut-off date being 01 April 2026. The maximum age ranges from 30 years to 50 years depending on the role. For instance, the upper age limit for a Store Assistant is 30 years, while it extends to 50 years for an IT Consultant. Standard age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC and PwBD candidates as per Government of India guidelines.
