SSC Public Examinations March 2025 – Conduct of Spot-Valuation -Certain Instructions – Orders issued – Reg  Rc.No.GE-CPROORSLT(SPOT)/1/2025-DGE,Date:27-03-2025

All the District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that, the Spot-Valuation of the SSC Public Examinations, March 2025 is scheduled to be conducted from 03.04.2025 to 09.04.2025 both days inclusive for 07 days continuously throughout the state in all the 26 spot valuation camps situated at district headquarters.

All the concerned District Educational Officers are responsible for making the necessary arrangements and for providing the essential facilities for the conduct of Spot Valuation at their respective Districts.

Further, all the concerned District Educational Officers in the state are  hereby instructed to issue the following instructions to the Staff involved in the Spot Valuation and to ensure strict implementation of the following instructions:

  • The Assistant Examiners should evaluate only 40 answer scripts in a day.
  • The Special Assistants shall count the marks of all the answer scripts evaluated by the Assistant Examiners concerned.
  • The Special Assistants shall also verify the scripts whether:-
  1. If any excess answers are written by the candidate.
  2. If written whether they have been valuated or not.
  3. If valuated the excess answers, then the answers with more marks shall be considered than the less marks and highest marks be awarded to the candidate.
  • The Chief Examiner shall verify atleast 20 answer scripts evaluated by each Assistant Examiner e., a total of 120 answer scripts should be verified)
  • The Assistant Camp Officers shall verify atleast two scripts from each Assistant
  • The Deputy Camp Officer shall verify a minimum of 45 valuated scripts per day.
  • The Camp Officer shall verify minimum of 20 answer scripts per day.
  • In the process of Re-Counting and Re-Verification, the Photostat copies of the answer scripts will be provided to the candidates. Hence, utmost care should be taken while evaluation.
  1. Any change of marks noticed in Re-Counting then the Spl Assistants &
  2. Any changes noticed in Re-Verification, then Assistant Examiners, Chief Examiner will be held responsible and disciplinary action will be initiated against them besides imposing penalty as  per the orders vide Memo,No. 5378/PE,SER . I //A 2/2011, dated: 22.03.2011.

Instructions for District Educational Officers:

  1. The DEO/Camp Officer should not leave the camp during the camp timings under any circumstances.
  2. The seating arrangements for all the camp staff should be in the spacious rooms only and not to give scope to accommodate them to sit under shamiyanas and in the corridors of the
  3. The infrastructure facilities such as Tube Lights, fans shall be provided without any
  4. In case of more number of AEs are required as per the scripts allotted to their camps and they can appoint more number of AEs duly following the guidelines issued for appointment of them under intimation to the Director of Government
  5. The Mobiles shall be strictly prohibited for all the staff involved in the Spot Valuation during the camp timings.
  6. The Part-III OMRs shall reach the 07o DGE from 04.2025 FN and by 10.04.2025 FN completely. One Office Subordinate or any suitable person must be accompanying Special Messenger who brings the Part-III OMR gunny bags. The OMR sealed bundles shall be sent on the name and address of Sri K Srinivasulu, Deputy Commissioner, 0/o Director of Government Examinations, A.R. Vijayawada.
  7. The Part-I OMR sheets along with other centre material shall be kept in trunk The Strong Room keys in which the trunk boxes are kept shall be handed over to the RJDSEs concerned in a sealed cover on or before 02.04.2025 without fail.
  8. Tight Security shall be maintained with the assistance of police personnel right from the beginning day of the camp and till to completion of the camp.
  9. After completion of spot valuation, the list of CEs/AEs/Special Assistants shall be submitted immediately to the 0/o DGE, P.
  10. Further, in view of the soaring temperatures and extreme weather conditions, all the District Educational Officers are instructed to make necessary arrangements such as ANMs equipped with First Aid Kit and essential medicines, Cool Drinking water facility, Air Coolers at appropriate places in all the Spot Valuation Camps.

In this context, all the District Educational Officers shall adhere to these instructions scrupulously for the smooth conduct of Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examinations, March 2025 and the District Level Observers shall act as Observers in the Spot Valuation of their respective districts.

School Education- SSC Public Examinations, April 2023-Enhancement of rates of remuneration payable to the personnel involved in conduct and Spot Valuation work of SSC Public Examinations – Orders – Issued.

  1. The Director of Government  Examinations,  vide  reference  2nd  read above, has submitted proposals for enhancement of the existing rates of remuneration payable to the  personnel  involved  in  conduct  and  Spot Valuation work of SSC Public Examinations.
  2. Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order for enhancement of the rates of remuneration to the personnel involved in conduct and Spot Valuation work of SSC Public Examinations w.e.f., April 2023 as detailed below:

REF:-  Guidelines and Instructions for the conduct of Spot Valuation.

All the DEOs are hereby informed the Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examinations, April 2023 will commence from 19.04.2023 to 26.04.2023 in 23 Spot Valuation Centers (except Parvathipuram Manyam, Alluri Sitharamraju and Nandyal Districts) and the concerned District Educational Officers in the state were supplied with the Booklets of Guidelines and Instructions regarding the Conduct of Spot Valuation of SSC Public Examinations, April 2023

All the concerned District Educational Officers are responsible for making the necessary arrangements and for providing the essential facilities for the conduct of Spot Valuation at their respective Districts.

 

Further, all the concerned District Educational Officers in the state are hereby instructed to issue the following instructions to the Staff involved in the Spot Valuation and to ensure strict implementation of the following instructions:-

SSC Public Exams 2022 Spot-Valuation Instructions SSC Public Examinations, April / May 2022 Conduct of Spot-Valuation – Certain Instructions – Orders

Ref:

1) This Office Lr’s on Rc. No. 105/J-2/2022, Dated: 23.03.2022.

2) This Office D.O. Letters on Rc.No.150/J-2/2022, Dated: 01.04.2022.

ORDER:

All the District Education Officers in the state are instructed to follow the guidelines in connection with the conduct of Spot-Valuation of the SSC Public Examinations, April/May 2022 which is scheduled to be conducted from 13.05.2022 to 22.05.2022 both days inclusive for 10 days continuously throughout the state in all the 13 spot valuation camps situated in district headquarters.

1) The DEO/Camp Officer should not leave the camp during the camp timings under any circumstances on spot valuation days and he should take frequent rounds to the rooms to check the unauthorized persons moving within the camp and also in the rooms during spot valuation camp.

2) The seating arrangements for all the camp staff should be in the spacious rooms only and not to give scope to accommodate them to sit under shamiyanas and in the corridors of the building.

3) The infrastructure facilities such as Tube Lights, fans especially the drinking water and Butter-milk provided without any interruption.

4) In case of more number of AEs are required as per the scripts allotted o their camps and they can appoint more number of AES duly following the guidelines issued for appointment of them under intimation to the Director of Government Examinations.

5) The Examiners should not use Mobiles during the camp timings.

6) The Part-III OMRS shall reach the Office of Directorate of Government Examinations on 15.05.2022 forenoon. One Office Subordinate or any suitable person may be accompanying Special Messenger who brings the Part-III OMR gunny bags. The OMR sealed bundles shall be sent on the name and address of Sri B Saibaba, Deputy Commissioner, 0/0 Director of Government Examinations, A.P., Vijayawada.

7) The Part-I OMR sheets along with other centre material shall be kept in trunk boxes. The Strong Room keys in which the trunk boxes are kept shall be handed over to the RJDSES concerned in a sealed cover on or before 11.05.2022 without fail.

8) Tight Security shall be maintained with the assistance of police personnel right from the beginning day of the camp and till to completion of the camp.

9) After completion of spot valuation, the list of CES/AEs/Special Assistants shall be submitted immediately to the O/o DGE, A.P.

Therefore all the DEOS are instructed to make all necessary arrangements for the conduct of Spot Valuation Camp in smooth manner.
