Educational Qualifications
Should be a Graduate from a Recognized University Additional Requirements:
- Proficiency in Telugu language is desired.

Salary Details
The Scale of Pay for the post of Staff Assistant at present (on par with IBA scales) is Rs. 24050 – 1340/3-28070- 1650/3 – 33020 – 2000/4- 41020 – 2340/7 -57400-4400/1-61800- 2680/1- 64480 (20 stages) plus Eleven stagnation increments at the rate of Rs.2680/-, at a frequency of 2 years from the dates of reaching the maximum of their scales.
Approximate Gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay is Rs.47,198/- (as at July 2025) plus other allowances applicable such as Conveyance Allowance, Newspaper allowance, Telephone Bill reimbursement, Medical Allowance etc., and other benefits such as Contributory NPS, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, LTC, Medical Aid, etc. Approximate CTC for an employee joining in the cadre of Staff Assistant is Rs. 7.2 lakhs.
Note: Other allowances & perquisites admissible as per the rules of the Bank.
