AP EAPCET 2026 Notification Dates, Eligibility, Exam Pattern

AP EAPCET /AP EAMCET 2026: The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Vijayawada, will soon release the AP EAPCET-2026 Notification. Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, KAKINADA, will conduct the AP EAPCET on behalf of APSCHE in May 2026. 

Students who are Intermediate Qualified and Appearing Exams in March 2026 in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states can register for AP EAPCET 2026. 

AP EAPCET 2026 Notification

Engineering, Agriculture, and Pharmacy Common Entrance Test – 2026 (AP EAPCET-2026) of Andhra Pradesh will be conducted through a computer-based test by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada for entry into the first year of the following professional courses offered for the academic year 2024-2026 in the state of Andhra Pradesh.

1. Engineering, Bio-Technology, B.Tech. (Dairy Technology), B.Tech (Agr. Engg), B.Tech (Food Science and Technology)
2. B.Sc. (Ag) / B.Sc. (Hort) / B.V.Sc. & A.H / B.F.Sc.
3. B. Pharmacy, Pharm D.

Candidates who wish to apply for AP EAPCET—2024 must submit their application online. Detailed information regarding eligibility, age, syllabi, related instructions, and procedures for online application is available on the website cets.apsche.ap.gov.in.

AP EAPCET is a computer-based test. To pass it, one needs to obtain at least 25 percent marks. Those who pass it are eligible to seek admission to the respective colleges. The exam is held every year to fill seats in AP-based colleges. For Engineering & Pharmacy courses

• Qualifying Exam: Students should pass the Intermediate or equivalent from any recognized board.
• Subjects: Students must qualify for the qualifying Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics exam.
• Diploma Holders: Final-year diploma holders can also apply.
• Appearing candidates: Final-year appearing students can also apply for the exam

AP EAPCET Exam Pattern 

• The AP EAPCET 2024 language will be Telugu and English only
• The students who want to appear for the Urdu language exam can give it in Hyderabad only
• The paper duration will be 3 hours
• Paper is divided into three sections they are Maths, Chemistry, and Physics
• Total marks for the examination paper is 160 which includes

Engineering
80 marks of Mathematics
40 for Chemistry
40 for Physics
Agriculture
40- Physics
40- Chemistry
40-Botany
40- Zoology

• You will get 1 mark for each answer
• While negative marking is not available in this examination
• The format of the question will be MCQ, which has only one correct answer
