AP FA3 SAMP-3 New Time Table 2025: AP SCERT has Released the Self Assessment-3 Time Table. As per the Schedule, the SAMP-3/ Self Assessment 3 exams will be conducted from 27th to 31st January 2025 across the State. All students studying from the 1st to the 10th classes can download the syllabus and the guidelines from the links below.

Note: FA3 exams will be conducted as classroom-based assessments for the 1st to 8th Classes and FA3 exams for The 9th and 10th classes.

AP FA3 CBA 2 Test Design Structure

1. The assessment tools will be designed to assess grade-specific skills.
2. The assessment tool will include both Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs) and Free-Response Questions (FRs).
3. For Grades 3 to 8, each MCQ will have 4 options, and there will be only one correct answer for each question. For Grades 1 and 2, MCQs will have 3 options, and there will be only one correct answer for each question.
4. For the formative assessment, the number of MCQs has been set at 10. This allows for testing essential concepts while giving students sufficient time to answer the questions. It also takes into account the limited number of chapters being tested in each formative assessment.

AP FA3 EXAM Time Table 2025 CBT 2 Exam Instructions / Guidelines

1. జిల్లా లోని అన్ని ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలలో (1 నుండి 10 వ తరగతి వరకు) మరియు ప్రవేట్ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలలలో (6 నుండి 10 వ తరగతి వరకు) SCERT-AP వారి ద్వారా జారీ చేయబడ్డ ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలతో మాత్రమే  FA-III పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించాలి.
2. 1 వ తరగతి నుండి 8 తరగతి వరకు గల విద్యార్థులకు క్లాస్ రూమ్ బేస్డ్ అసెస్మెంట్ (CBA-2) నిర్వహించడం జరుగుతుంది. 9వ మరియు 10వ తరగతుల విద్యార్థులకు, గతంలో మాదిరిగానే FA-III పరీక్షలు నిర్వహించడం జరుగుతుంది.
3. క్లాస్ రూమ్ బేస్డ్ అసెస్మెంట్ కు ప్రభుత్వ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులకు ప్రశ్నా పత్రంతో పాటు Variable OMR షీట్ ఇవ్వడం జరుగుతుంది. ప్రవేట్ యాజమాన్య పాఠశాలల విద్యార్థులకు కేవలం ప్రశ్నా పత్రములు మాత్రమే ఇవ్వబడతాయి. OMRలు ఇవ్వబడవు.
4. ప్రశ్నా పత్రంలో ఆబ్జెక్టివ్ తరహా ప్రశ్నలతో పాటు డిస్క్రిప్టివ్ తరహా ప్రశ్నలు కూడా ఇవ్వబడతాయి. విద్యార్థులు జవాబులను ప్రశ్నా పత్రం లోనే టిక్ చేయాలి, వ్రాయాలి మరియు OMR నందు బబుల్ చేయాలి.
5. ప్రశ్నా పత్రంలో  ప్రశ్నలు- మార్కుల క్రమము.

This blueprint aims to ensure that the assessment aligns with the curriculum, focuses on grade-specific skills, and provides a balanced mi of MCQs and FRs

The difficulty level of the assessment tools for the formative assessment/CBA1 will be maintained at an average of 50-55%. This ensures that the questions are challenging enough to assess the students’ understanding and application of the concepts without being overly difficult.

The questions used in the assessments are categorized based on the cognitive abilities they require to solve them. These categories are Mechanical (M), Understanding (U), and Application (A).

Mechanical (M) questions typically assess basic knowledge and recall of facts. These questions may involve straightforward information retrieval  or simple calculations.

Understanding (U) questions assess the students’ comprehension and interpretation of concepts. They require students to explain, describe, or summarize information, demonstrate an understanding of relationships, or make connections between different ideas.

Application (A) questions assess the students’ ability to apply their knowledge and skills to solve real-world problems or perform tasks. These questions require students to analyze situations, make judgments,  apply principles or rules, or solve comple problems using their acquired knowledge and understanding.

Regarding the expenditure for printing and supplying question papers to Government management schools for the formative assessment 2 /CBA2, the District Common Examination Boards (DCEBs) will be paid from the funds available at Samagra Shiksha AP. Therefore, all district educational officers are requested to ensure the formative assessment is conducted with utmost care and adherence to the guidelines.

Regional joint directors and district educational officers are also requested to submit the analysis of the formative assessment 3 outcomes, including a district-level analysis, as well as a plan of action for providing remedial teaching to students who have not yet achieved the desired learning outcomes for their respective classes.

The State Project Director, Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, is requested to release the necessary funds for the printing and supply of question papers to the concerned District Common Examination Boards (DCEBs). The IT cell of the office is requested to provide the child information data to the Director of SCERT, Andhra Pradesh to send to DCEBs, for the printing of variable data OMRs. The schedule for the assessment is attached in the annexure.

6. జిల్లా ఉమ్మడి పరీక్షల విభాగం నుండి ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను Variable OMR లను, Buffer OMRలను, పాఠశాల వారి విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్యలను తెలుపు లిస్టులను తీసుకొని సరి చూసు కొనవలెను. ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలను మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారి మరియు ఒక సీనియర్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుని సమక్షములో స్ట్రాంగ్ రూమ్ లో కానీ తాళముల వేసిన బాక్స్ లలో గాని భద్రపరచి వారి కస్టడీలో ఉంచుకొనవలెను.

7. ఇవ్వబడిన లిస్టు ప్రకారం పాఠశాల వారీ Variable OMRలను విభజించి పాఠశాల వారీ బాక్సులలో ఉంచి, తరగతికి ఒకటి చొప్పున కవర్లు ఉంచి, పాఠశాలలకు 05.02.2023 తేదీ ఇవ్వవలెను. వారు పాఠశాలలోని అందరు విద్యార్థులకు Variable OMR లు సరి పోయినవి/లేదు అని సరిచూసుకొన్న తరువాత అవసరమైన Buffer OMR లను 06.02.2023 వ తేదీ ఇవ్వవలెను.

8. అట్లే 1 నుండి 5వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను కాంప్లెక్స్ వారీగా విభజించుకొని, 06.02.2023 వ తేదీ కాంప్లెక్స్ హెడ్మాస్టర్ కు ఇచ్చి మరల వారు పరీక్ష రోజులలో వారి కాంప్లెక్స్ లోని పాఠశాలలకు రోజువారి ఇవ్వవలసినట్లుగా తెలియజేయవలెను.

పరీక్షల సమయంలో చేయవలసిన పనులు

9. 6 నుండి 10వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను అన్ని పాఠశాలలకు MRC నుండి మాత్రమే ప్రతిరోజు టైం టేబుల్ అనుసరించి పరీక్షకు ఒక గంట ముందుగా ఇవ్వవలెను.

పరీక్షల అనంతరం చేయవలసిన పనులు

10. పరీక్షల అనంతరం, అనగా 10.02.2023 తేదీ అన్ని పాఠశాలల నుండి OMR షీట్స్ పాకెట్స్ సేకరించి, కన్సాలిడేటెడ్ లిస్టు తయారు చేసి స్కానింగ్ నిమిత్తమై 11.02.2023 తేదీ జిల్లా ఉమ్మడి పరీక్షల విభాగము కార్యాలయానికి పాలి.

కాంప్లెక్స్ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయుడు చేయవలసిన పనులు

11. కాంప్లెక్స్ హెడ్మాస్టర్ లు వారి కాంప్లెక్స్ కు సంబంధించిన అన్ని పాఠశాలల యొక్క తరగతి వారి విద్యార్థుల సంఖ్య లతో కూడిన లిస్టులను, 1 నుండి 5వ తరగతి వరకు ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను MRC నుండి CRP ద్వారా 06.02.2023 వ తేదీ తెప్పించుకొని తమ కస్టడీలో ఉంచుకొనవలెను.

12. ప్రతి పరీక్ష రోజు పాఠశాలకు కేటాయించబడిన ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను, పరీక్షకు గంట ముందు ఆయా పాఠశాలల ఉపాధ్యాయులకు ఇవ్వవలెను.

పరీక్షలకు ముందు చేయవలసిన పనులు

13. మొదటగా మీ పాఠశాలలోని విద్యార్థుల యొక్క తరగతి వారి లిస్టులను వారి child ID లతో తతయారుచేసుకున సిద్ధంగా ఉంచుకొనవలెను.

14. 05.02.2023 వ తేదీ MRC నుండి మీ పాఠశాలకు సంబంధించిన Variable OMRలను తీసుకొని సరి చూసు కొనవలెను. Variable OMRలు కేటాయించబడని విద్యార్ధుల కొరకు Buffer OMR లను MRC వద్దనుండి 06.02.2023 తేదీ తీసుకొని విద్యార్థుల పేరు, child ID లను రాసుకొని సిద్ధముగా ఉంచుకొనవలెను.

పరీక్షల సమయంలో చేయవలసిన పనులు

15. 6 నుండి పదవ తరగతి విద్యార్ధుల యొక్క ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను ఏ రోజుకు ఆ రోజు MRC నుండి పరీక్షకు ఒక గగం ముందు తీసుకొని పాఠశాలకు రావలెను

16. పరీక్షకు ముందు విద్యార్థులను క్రమంగా సరైన దూరములో కూర్చుండబెట్టి వారి వారి OMR లను వారికి
అందజేయాలి, పేరు, child IDలు సరిపోయినవి /లేదు అని సరి చూసుకొనమని విద్యార్థులకు తెలియజేయాలి.

17. తరువాత ప్రశ్నాపత్రాలను అందజేయాలి. CBA పరీక్షా పత్రంలో రెండు రకముల ప్రశ్నలు ఉంటాయి
బహుళైచ్ఛిక ప్రశ్నలు – 2 నుండి 4 ఎంపికలు ఉంటాయి వాటిలో ఒకటి మాత్రమే సరైన సమాధానం. సరియైన ఎంపికను ప్రశ్నాపత్రం పై గుర్తించాలి మరియు OMRపై సరి అయిన వృత్తములో బబుల్ చేయాలి. ఎంపిక లేని ప్రశ్నలు – ఈ ప్రశ్నలకు జవాబులను ప్రశ్నాపత్రం పైనే రాయాలి ( OMR లపై గుర్తించవలసిన అవసరం లేదు)

18. విద్యార్థులు OMR లపై బహుళైచ్ఛిక ప్రశ్నలకు మాత్రమే జవాబులు గుర్తించాలని, ఎంపిక లేని ప్రశ్నలకు జవాబులను OMR పై రాయవలసిన అవసరం లేదని విద్యార్థులకు తెలియజేయాలి.

19. అన్ని తరగతుల వారికి ఏ సబ్జెక్ట్ పేపర్ కు అయినా పరీక్షా సమయం ఒక్క గంట మాత్రమే అనుమతించాలి.

20. ఒకే OMR పై అన్ని సబ్జెక్టులకు సంబంధించిన బబుల్ ఉంటాయి కాబట్టి ఏ పరీక్షకు ఆసబ్జెక్టుకు సంబంధించిన
బబుల్స్ మాత్రమే విద్యార్ధి నింపాలని తెలియజేయాలి, పర్యవేక్షించాలి

21. ప్రతిరోజూ పరీక్ష పూర్తైన వెంటనే విద్యార్థుల నుండి ప్రశ్నా పత్రంతో పాటు OMR షీట్ కూడా వెనుకకు తీసుకోవాలి.

22. ప్రతి విద్యార్థి యొక్క OMR నుపరిశీలించి, విద్యార్థి ఏదైనా ప్రశ్నకు ఎంపికను గుర్తించనిచో ఆ ప్రశ్నకు ఉపాధ్యాయుడు Eఅనే ఎంపికను bubble చేయాలి.

23. ఒక్కొక్క విద్యార్థికి అన్ని పరీక్షలకు కలిపి ఒకే OMR షీట్ ఇవ్వబడుతుంది. కనుక ప్రతిరోజు అదే OMR ను ఇచ్చి ఆ సబ్జెక్టు నందు జవాబులను బబుల్ చేయించవలెను

1, 2, 3 తరగతుల పరీక్ష నిర్వహణలో సూచనలు

ఉపాధ్యాయుడు ప్రతి ప్రశ్నను గట్టిగా చదివి విద్యార్థులు ఆ ప్రశ్నకు జవాబును గుర్తించిన తర్వాతమరియొక ప్రశ్న ను గట్టిగా చదువుతూ విద్యార్థుల చే జవాబులను రాయించాలి. పరీక్ష అనంతరం విద్యార్థుల నుండి ప్రశ్నాపత్రం లను సేకరించి వారిOMR లపై ఉపాధ్యాయుడే విద్యార్థి యొక్క జవాబులను బబుల్ చేయాలి.

25. తరగతుల పరీక్ష నిర్వహణలో సూచనలు: OMR లపై విద్యార్థులే జవాబులను గుర్తించాలి. తెలుగు ఇంగ్లీషు పరీక్షలలో ప్యాసేజ్లను ఉపాధ్యాయుడు గట్టిగా చదివి వినిపించిన తరువాత విద్యార్థులు జవాబులను రాయాలని తెలియజేయాలి.

పరీక్షల అనంతరం చేయవలసిన పనులు

26. పరీక్షలు అన్ని పూర్తైన వెంటనే OMR షీట్స్ అన్నింటిని, తరగతి వారీగా వేరు వేరుపాలిథిన్ కవర్స్ నందు ఉంచి, అన్నింటిని కార్డు బోర్డు బాక్స్ నందుప్యాక్ చేసి, మండల విద్యాశాఖాధికారి వారి కార్యాలయానికి ఐదవ తేదీపంపాలి.

27. OMR షీట్స్ ను జిల్లా స్థాయిలో స్కాన్ చేయించడం జరుగుతుంది. OMR నందు విద్యార్థులు పొందిన మార్కుల వివరాలు పాఠశాలలకు తెలియజేయబడవు. అవి కేవలం విద్యార్థుల స్థాయిని అంచనావేసి భవిష్యత్తులో ఉపాధ్యాయులకు, విద్యార్థులకు ఇవ్వవలసిన శిక్షణా కార్యక్రమాల రూపకల్పనకు మాత్రమే వినియోగించడం జరుగుతుంది.

28. CBA పరీక్షల అనంతరం ప్రతి తరగతి (1 నుండి 8 తరగతులకు మాత్రమే), ప్రతి సబ్జెక్టు నకు KEY విడుదల చేయబడుతుంది దాని ప్రకారం ఉపాధ్యాయులు విద్యార్థుల వద్ద నుండి ప్రతి రోజు పరీక్ష తదనంతరం వెనుకకు సేకరించిన జవాబులతో కూడిన ప్రశ్నా పత్రములలోని జవాబులను దిద్దాలి. విద్యార్థులు పొందిన మార్కులను సంబంధిత రిజిస్టర్లు నందు నమోదు చేయడంతో పాటు, నిర్ణీత సమయం లోపల CSE సైట్ నందు ఎంటర్ చేయాలి. జవాబులతో కూడిన ప్రశ్నా పత్రాలను తనిఖీ అధికారుల పరిశీలనార్ధం భద్రపరచాలి.

29. విద్యార్థులు పొందిన మార్కులను ప్రోగ్రెస్ కార్డులందు నమోదుచేసి విద్యార్థుల తల్లిదండ్రులకు పంపాలి. తక్కువ ప్రతిభ చూపిన విద్యార్థులకు ప్రత్యేక శిక్షణ ఇవ్వాలి. ఉపాధ్యాయులు-తల్లిదండ్రుల సమీక్షా సమావేశంలో FA-III నందు విద్యార్థులు చూపిన ప్రతిభపై చర్చించాలి.

AP FA3 Syllabus 2023 has been Released by AP SCERT. According to unofficial information, Formative Assessment-3 Examinations in Andhra Pradesh will be conducted during February 2023. Recently SCERT AP has Notified all Schools in the State Regarding Revised Syllabus for AP FA-3 Exams.
