AP ICET Counselling 2026 Registration: The Department of Higher Education, Government of Andhra Pradesh, has officially commenced the web-based counselling process for AP ICET 2026 admissions into Master of Business Administration (MBA) and Master of Computer Applications (MCA) programmes across state university and private unaided colleges under the Convener quota for the academic year 2026–27. Qualified and eligible candidates can complete their online fee payment and candidate registration through the official portal from August 24, 2026, to August 31, 2026, followed by certificate verification and web option selection.

Eligibility Criteria for MBA & MCA Admissions

• Nationality: Candidates must be Indian Nationals and fulfill local/non-local status requirements as per applicable state government orders.
• General Academic Qualification:
  • MBA: Must have passed any recognized Bachelor’s Degree examination of a minimum 3-year duration with at least 50% aggregate marks (45% for reserved categories: SC, ST, and BC).
  • MCA: Must have completed any recognized undergraduate degree (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc/B.Com/B.A./B.Voc/BCA, etc.) of a minimum 3-year duration with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level, securing a minimum of 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC, ST, and BC).
• Distance Mode Recognition: Degrees obtained through distance learning must be approved by the joint committee of UGC, AICTE, and DEC/DEB.
• Fee Reimbursement Criteria: Maximum age limit for tuition fee reimbursement is 30 years for OC and 34 years for reserved categories as of July 1, 2026.

Note: If an online payment fails due to network latency, the debited amount will be refunded to the source account within 7 working days. Candidates can track their transaction status via the Payment Invoice link inside the candidate portal.

AP ICET Counselling 2026: Step-by-Step Online Registration & Web Options Process

1. Initial Registration: Visit [https://cap.apcfss.in](https://cap.apcfss.in), select “Candidate Login” -> “New Registration”, enter your AP ICET details, Degree Hall Ticket Number, Date of Birth, Aadhaar number, and Active Mobile Number to generate an OTP.
2. Login & Data Verification: Log in using your received credentials and verify personal, reservation, and academic details pre-fetched by the web service.
3. Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of required certificates in PDF format and choose the nearest Help Line Centre (HLC) for online certificate clearance.
4. Fee Payment: Complete the payment of the registration fee and download the transaction receipt.
5. Certificate Verification:
   • Online Cases: General category candidates with valid digital records will be approved automatically without visiting an HLC.
   • Physical Verification: Special categories (PWD, NCC, CAP, Sports & Games, Anglo-Indian, Scouts & Guides) must attend in person at Government Polytechnic, Vijayawada with original documents.
6. Exercising Web Options: Once eligibility is approved, log in between August 27 and September 2, 2026, to select your preferred colleges and courses in priority order. Save the options and print a copy for your reference.
7. Seat Allotment & Reporting: Download the allotment letter on September 7, 2026, complete online Self-Reporting, and physically report at the allotted college between September 8 and September 11, 2026.
