How to Check the AP ICET Seat Allotment Result 2026
Once the authorities publish the results, candidates can follow these steps to access their allotment order:
- Visit the official AP ICET web counselling portal at http://cap.apcfss.in/.
- Locate and click on the “Candidate Login” link provided on the home page.
- Enter your required login credentials to access your dashboard.
- View your seat allotment status and download the official allotment order.
- Take a clear printout of the downloaded allotment order for the college reporting process.
Note: In addition to the website publication, seat allotment details will be sent via SMS to the candidate’s registered mobile number.
Mandatory Reporting Process & Admission Instructions
Securing an allotment is only the first step. To confirm and retain the allotted seat, candidates must strictly adhere to the designated two-step reporting process:
- Dual Reporting Requirement: Candidates must report online through the Self-Reporting System on the portal and also report in person at the allotted college.
- Required Documents: When physically reporting to the institution, students must carry their downloaded allotment order along with the self-joining report.
- Mandatory Completion: Both stages of reporting (online and physical) are compulsory. Completing only one mode of reporting is not sufficient to retain the seat.
- Consequences of Failure: Failure to complete both reporting modes between September 8 and September 11, 2026, will result in the immediate cancellation of the allotment. The candidate will forfeit any claim to that seat.
- Affiliation Status: All seat allotments made during the counselling process are subject to the final grant of affiliation from the respective University.
