The Andhra Pradesh Board of Intermediate Education (BIEAP) announced the 1st and 2nd-year Intermediate results on Wednesday. Minister for Education and IT, Nara Lokesh, officially declared the results via his ‘X’ (formerly Twitter) handle. Out of approximately 10.50 lakh students who appeared for the examinations, a record-breaking pass percentage was registered this year, with girls continuing their trend of outperforming boys.

The overall pass percentage saw significant numbers across both general and vocational streams. Government colleges also displayed commendable performance, securing a 54% pass rate in the first year and 68% in the second year.

Top Performer: Krishna district secured the highest pass percentage across the state, claiming the top spot in both the 1st and 2nd-year results.
Bottom Performer: Annamayya district recorded the lowest pass percentage, standing at the last position.
Top 3 Districts (2nd Year): The top three performing districts for the second year are Krishna (92%), Guntur (88%), and NTR District (87%).

For students looking to apply for recounting or appear for supplementary exams, the Intermediate Board has released the following schedule:
Recounting & Re-verification: April 20 to April 27
Supplementary Exam Fee Payment: April 20 to April 27 (payable at respective colleges)
Advanced Supplementary Exams: May 21 to June 4 (to be conducted in two sessions)
Supplementary Practical Exams: June 7 to June 11 (to be held at district headquarters)
