Notification for Admission into MPHW(F) / ANM Course for the Academic Year 2023-24: Applications from the eligible female candidates are invited for admission into Multipurpose Health workers (Female) Training Course (2 years course) for the academic year 2023-24 which is being imparted in Government/Grant-in-aid/Private MPHW(F) Training Schools in the Andhra Pradesh State.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
The Minimum Educational qualification for admission into the Multipurpose Health workers (Female) Training Course shall be Intermediate pass with any group.
AGE:
The candidates should have completed the age of 17 years as on 31st December of the year in which the admission sought and the upper age limit is 30 years of age. The upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC, ST and BC’s as per rules in force.
Registration Fee Details
Registration fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty only) by way of D.D. in favor of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P.,Amaravathi payable at Hyderabad. BC/SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of registration fees.
Selection Process
Selections are purely based on merit, on the basis of aggregate marks obtained by the Candidates in the minimum qualifying examination for Multipurpose Health Workers (Female) Training Course i.e., Intermediate Public Examination or its equivalent with any group.
How to Apply
Detailed Notification & Online application is available in the CH&FW official web site i.e., http://cfw.ap.nic.in. Online Application form for admission is available in the Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Amaravathi official website i.e, http://cfw.ap.nic.in.
Following are the steps given for uploading the online admission application:
Step:1: Fill up separate applications for each training institution and for each district for Govt./Grant-in-aid MPHW(F) Training Institutions.
Step: 2: Log on to Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare Official Website i.e., http://cfw.ap.nic.in for online application form. Fill up all the mandatory
fields ( * ) as per the instructions given in the online application and press submit button. Scan and Upload the candidate photograph without fail.
Step: 3: Download / Print the filled in the application form and submit to the concerned Training Institution selected for admission /DM&HOs of concerned district incase of Govt./Grant-in-aid along with photocopies of the following documents:
- SSC certificate
- Intermediate certificate
- Caste Certificate (in case of SC/ST/BCs)
- Residential Certificate/Study Certificate from IVth to Xth class
- Registration fee of Rs.50/- (Rupees fifty only) by way of D.D. in favor of Commissioner of Health & Family Welfare, A.P., Amaravathi payable at Hyderabad. BC/SC/ST candidates are exempted from payment of registration
Step: 4: The Last date for submission of downloaded applications to the concerned DM&HOs on or before is 31-10-2023 by 5.00 P.M. The Department will not be held responsible for any postal delays for non-receipt of applications on or before the stipulated date.
