Salary Details
The Scale of Pay for the post of Manager Scale-I at present (on par with IBA scales) is Rs.48480-2000/7-62480-2340/2-67160-2680/7-85920 plus Seven stagnation increments at a frequency of 2 years from the dates of reaching the maximum of their scales of which first two shall be Rs. 2680/- each and next five shall be Rs. 2980/- each. Approximate Gross emoluments at the minimum of scale of pay is Rs.87074.79 /- (as at July 2025) plus other allowances applicable such as Conveyance Allowance, Newspaper allowance, Telephone Bill reimbursement, Medical Allowance etc., and other benefits such as Contributory NPS, Medical Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, LTC, Medical Aid, etc. Approximate CTC for an employee joining in the cadre of Manager Scale is Rs. 12 lakhs.
Note: Other allowances & perquisites are admissible as per the rules of the Bank.
