APRDC CET 2026 Apply Online, Eligibility, Syllabus

APRIES APRDC CET 2026 for Admission into First Year Degree Admission in Andhra Pradesh Residential Degree Colleges for the Academic Year 2026-27. Online applications are accepted on the official website aprjdc.apcfss.in from 18th February 2026 to 31st March 2026. The APRDC-2026 Admission Exam will be held on 24th April 2026.

APRDC CET 2026: Overview

The A.P. Residential Educational Institutions Society (APREIS) has released the notification for the APRDC CET 2026. This Common Entrance Test is conducted for admissions into the first-year degree courses at the A.P. Residential Degree College (Boys), Nagarjuna Sagar, for the academic year 2026-27.

APRDC CET 2026 Important Dates

APRDC CET 2026: Application Fee

The candidate after satisfying himself about the eligibility criteria shall pay a fee of Rs.300/- through online by clicking/opening the link Payment during the specified period.

During the payment of fee online, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data i.e., Name of the candidate, Date of Birth, Aadhar Number and Mobile Number.

APRDC CET 2026: Eligibility

1. Candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied in the states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana only.
2. All candidates who have studied and qualified in Intermediate or equivalent qualifying examinations during the academic year 2025-26 are only eligible for admission.
3. The candidates who have passed the Intermediate or equivalent qualifying examination in compartmental are not eligible to apply.
4. For B.A. – Students of all groups in Intermediate are eligible irrespective of subjects studied.
5. For B.Com. – Students of all groups except HEC in Intermediate are eligible.
6. For B.Sc. (Maths, Physics & Chemistry) – Only Students of MPC Group in intermediate are eligible.
7. For B.Sc. (Maths, Statistics and Computer Science) – The students of both MPC and MEC groups in intermediate are eligible.

APRDC CET 2026: HOW TO APPLY

• Procedure:

  1. Visit the website and pay the fee to receive a Candidate ID.

  2. Login with the Candidate ID and Date of Birth to submit the application.

  3. Upload a photograph and signature (3.5 x 4.5 cms).

  4. Print the submitted application form for future reference.

Steps to be followed in submission of the application through ‘Online’.

• The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for RDC-CET 2026.
• The candidate after satisfying himself/herself with the eligibility criteria for the submission of application through online shall pay  a fee of Rs.300.00 for the submission of application through Online.
• The candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the candidate, Date of birth and mobile phone number).
• On receipt of fee,  the  candidate  shall  be  issued  a  Journal Number’  with  which she/he can proceed with submission of application through online through the website http://aprjdc.apcfss.in  Issue  of  Journal  Number  does  not  mean  that  the  candidate has completed submission of  application  online.  It  is  only  a confirmation of the fee received.

• Mode: Multiple Choice Questions (OMR based).

• Duration: 2 Hours 30 Minutes.

• Total Marks: 150 Marks.

• Standard: Intermediate level.

• Languages: Question papers are provided in English and Telugu.

• Exam Centers: Conducted in 28 districts at district headquarters.

Salient features of APR Degree College (Boys only)

1. The APR Institutions are under the purview of School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
2. The APR Degree College, Nagarjunasagar, is affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University, A.P. and providing quality education in Residential Mode only. The APR Degree College has been awarded with B+ score by NAAC.
3. Individual attention is being paid on each student.
4. The APR Degree College has good infrastructure facilities in addition to well- equipped Laboratories, Library, Reading Rooms and Playground with well- equipped Physical Education Department.
5. Apart from the academic activities, importance is given to sports and games and other co-curricular activities for the all-round development of the students.
6. The loco-Parent system is implemented by appointing one Lecturer as loco-parent to a group of 15 to 20 students for taking personal care of each student.
7. Digital Classes will also be provided whenever necessary.
8. Day starts with physical exercises and Classes commence at 8.00 AM and academic and co-curricular activities continue till 10.00 PM in the night.
9. Special care is taken for talented and low achievers.

Course-wise Seats availability in APR Degree College

1. The APR Degree College is providing English Medium only.
2. Seats available in the college are allotted in the ratio of 42:36:22 to the areas of erstwhile Andhra University, erstwhile Osmania University and erstwhile Sri Venkateswara University respectively.

Issue of Hall Tickets:

• Candidates can download their  Hall  Tickets from the website   at http://aprjdc.apcfss.in with  the  reference number allotted to them.
• Candidates have to download the hall tickets from the website only. No printed hall ticket shall be issued/posted to the candidate.
• Request for issue of duplicate Hall Ticket will not be entertained.
• Without hall ticket, no candidate will be allowed to appear for the examination.
