APRJC CET 2026 Notification
The government of Andhra Pradesh will soon conduct the AP Residential Junior College Common Entrance Test (APRJC CET) for admission. Notification to Intermediate courses like MPC/BI.P.C/MEC/CEC in Residential Junior Colleges in Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2026-27. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only.

APRJC CET 2026 Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied in Andhra Pradesh only.
- Only candidates who studied and qualified in SSC or equivalent qualifying examination during the academic year 2025-26 are eligible for admission.
- The candidates who passed SSC or equivalent qualifying examination in compartmental are not eligible to apply.
- Candidates who have studied Urdu as one of the languages in SSC or equivalent qualifying examinations can opt for Urdu Medium in Minority Junior Colleges.

Admissions strictly follow the rule of reservation:
- OC: 35%
- BC-A: 7% | BC-B: 10% | BC-C: 1% | BC-D: 7% | BC-E: 4%
- SC: 15%
- ST: 6%
- Special Categories: PHC (3%), Sports (3%), CAP (3%), Orphan (3%), NCC (3%), and EWS (10%).
APRJC CET 2026 Application Fee
After satisfying himself/herself with the eligibility criteria, the candidate shall pay a fee of Rs. 250/- online.
On payment of the fee at ONLINE, the candidate shall be issued a candidate ID with which she/he can proceed with submitting an online application through the website of aprs. access.in. Issue of Candidate ID does not mean that the candidate has completed the submission of the application online, and it is only a confirmation of the fee receipt.
Special fee and examination fee
Special fee and examination fee will be collected at the rate prescribed by BIE, AP Hyderabad. A caution deposit of Rs 25/- per year will be collected at the time of admission.
Maintenance charges:
Maintenance charges Rs 1000/- will be collected at admission for 1st year and Rs 1000/- in the 2nd year.
How to Apply
Eligible and Interested Candidates Go through the Official Website of APRJC CET then Apply Online Before Final Date. The online application window opens on February 18, 2026 and candidates will be able to apply online
Steps to be followed in submission of the application through ‘Online’.
- The candidate shall first go through the information bulletin carefully and satisfy their eligibility for appearing for APRJC-CET 2026
- The candidate, after satisfying himself/herself about the eligibility criteria for the submission of application online shall pay a fee of Rs.150.00 online
- Online, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e., Name of the candidate, Date of birth, and mobile phone number).
- On payment of the fee ONLINE, the candidate shall be issued a Journal Number’ with which she/he can proceed with submission of the application online through the website http://aprjdc.apcfss.in. Issue of Journal Number does not mean that the candidate has completed the submission of the application online. It is only a confirmation of the fee received.
- Before submission of the Online application form, the candidate has to fill up the Model Application form ( given at annexure-2)
- The candidates shall follow the procedure for submitting an online application as given in the ‘Information Bulletin’ and also as per the instructions provided online while filling out the online application form. The Candidate should be ready with a photograph of size 3.5 X 4.5 cm before filling out the online application. The Photo should be scanned and uploaded along with the application form.
- While filling out the online application, the candidate must choose a course. Once a course is chosen, it cannot be changed.
- On submitting the application online, the candidate must take a copy(print) of the application form, which also includes a reference number. This Reference number is required to download the Hall Ticket. A copy of the online application is to be preserved for further reference.
- The candidate is solely responsible for any mistakes or incorrect information. Hence, they must take utmost care while filling out the online application.
- The Applications of the ineligible candidates will be rejected summarily
- The selected Candidate should be able to produce the original certificates at the time of admission as a proof to the information furnished in the application.
- The selection of the candidate will be summarily rejected if they fail to submit the necessary documents at the time of admission.

Salient Features of APR Junior Colleges
- The APR Institutions are under the purview of the School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
- The APR Junior Colleges provide education in Residential Mode only.
- Individual attention is being paid on each student.
- The APR Junior Colleges have good infrastructure facilities, as well as well-equipped Laboratories, Libraries, Reading Rooms, and playgrounds with a well-equipped Physical Education Department.

APRJC CET 2026 Exam Pattern
The question paper will be bilingual, i.e., English and Telugu. The test duration is 2 1/2 hours, and the maximum mark is 150. The questions for different streams are as follows.
The selection of students will be based on merit in the entrance exam and rule of reservation. The question papers will be based on the 10th standard for subjects & English will be General English.

The test is of objective type with 2½ hrs duration for 150 marks (50 marks for each subject).
The candidates have to mark their answers in the OMR sheets. The question papers of APRJC CET will be based on the 10th standard in the AP state syllabus for subjects, and English will be General English.
