APRJC CET 2025 Inter Entrance Application: A.P Residential Educational Institutions Society (APRIES) has issued a Notification for APRJC CET 2025 for Admission into first-year intermediate in Residential Schools across the State. This Exam can be written by OC, ST, SC, and BC Students studying in Class 10th.

AP Residential Junior Colleges Entrance 2025 Important Dates

APRJC CET 2025 Notification

The government of Andhra Pradesh will soon conduct the AP Residential Junior College Common Entrance Test (APRJC CET) for admission. Notification to Intermediate courses like MPC/BI.P.C/MEC/CEC in Residential Junior Colleges in Andhra Pradesh State for the academic year 2025-26. Interested and eligible candidates may apply online only.

Salient Features of APR Junior Colleges

1. The APR Institutions are under the purview of the School Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
2. The APR Junior Colleges provide education in Residential Mode only.
3. Individual attention is being paid on each student.
4. The APR Junior Colleges have good infrastructure facilities, as well as well-equipped Laboratories, Libraries, Reading Rooms, and playgrounds with a well-equipped Physical Education Department.
5. Apart from academic activities, students are given importance to sports, games, and other co-curricular activities for their overall development.
6. The loco-Parent system is implemented by appointing one Lecturer as loco parent to a group of 15 to 20 students to take personal care of each student.
7. Long-term coaching is being provided to students for exams like IIT/NEET/CA-CPT. Digital Classes will also be provided whenever necessary.
8. The day starts with physical exercises, classes commence at 8 AM, and academic and co-curricular activities continue until 10 PM at night.
9. Special care is taken for talented and low achievers.

Residential Junior Colleges List in Andhra Pradesh

APREI Society established the first Residential Junior College in 1975 at Nagarjuna Sagar, Guntur District, intending to provide quality education to talented children at Intermediate. Later, the number of colleges increased as per the public demand. Presently, APREI Society is managing 10 AP Residential Junior Colleges. Of These, 4 are for Boys, 02 are for Girls and 01 are for Co-Education, 02 are for Minority Boys, and 01 are for Minority Girls.

APRJC CET 2025 Eligibility Criteria

1. The candidate must be a resident of India and must have studied in Andhra Pradesh only.
2. Only candidates who studied and qualified in SSC or equivalent qualifying examination during the academic year 2022-23 are eligible for admission.
3. The candidates who passed SSC or equivalent qualifying examination in compartmental are not eligible to apply.
4. Candidates who have studied Urdu as one of the languages in SSC or equivalent qualifying examinations can opt for Urdu Medium in Minority Junior Colleges.

Reservations:

1. SC:15%, ST:06%, BC-A: 7 % BC-B:10%, BC-C:1%, BC-D:7%, BC-E: 4%
2. Spl category Reservation: PHC:3% Sports:3% CAP( Children of Armed Personnel):3%

APRJC CET 2025 Application Fee

After satisfying himself/herself with the eligibility criteria, the candidate shall pay a fee of Rs. 250/- online.

On payment of the fee at ONLINE, the candidate shall be issued a candidate ID with which she/he can proceed with submitting an online application through the website of aprs. access.in. Issue of Candidate ID does not mean that the candidate has completed the submission of the application online, and it is only a confirmation of the fee receipt.

Special fee and examination fee
Special fee and examination fee will be collected at the rate prescribed by BIE, AP Hyderabad. A caution deposit of Rs 25/- per year will be collected at the time of admission.
Maintenance charges:
Maintenance charges Rs 1000/- will be collected at admission for 1st year and Rs 1000/- in the 2nd year.

Date of Exam: 20-05-2025 at the identified centers in 13 old district headquarters from 2.30 PM to 5 PM.

APRJC CET 2025 Exam Pattern 

The question paper will be bilingual, i.e., English and Telugu. The test duration is 2 1/2 hours, and the maximum mark is 150. The questions for different streams are as follows.
The selection of students will be based on merit in the entrance exam and rule of reservation. The question papers will be based on the 10th standard for subjects & English will be General English.

Scheme of Examination

The test is of objective type with 2½ hrs duration for  150  marks  (50  marks for each subject).
The candidates have to mark their answers in the   OMR   sheets.   The question papers of APRJC CET will be based on the 10th standard in the AP state syllabus for subjects, and English will be General English.
